Squats - 5 x 5 after a few warm up sets with 255 Front squats - 145 x 3 x 3 sets Leg press - 280 x 3 x 12 reps Leg ext - 125 x 3 x 3 sets Leg curls - 125 x 3 x 3 sets Not a bad work out for being rushed.
