Low carb bulk? 30-35% protein, 55-60% fat, 5-8% carbs??

I finally got a copy of the Anabolic Diet. It says to eat only 35% protein on weekdays, that seems pretty low to me.

Most whole foods that have a lot of fat also have a good amount of protein, what foods are basically just fat? I think getting that much fat and not a lot of protein will be a little hard.

Its easy, get fatty cuts of meat and add olive oil to everything. I eat like that.

I have a copy of the Anabolic solution for powerlifters and the numbers are pretty close. The numbers it lists are 50-60% fat, 30-40% protein and under 30 grams of carbs. It recommends a little higher fat intake the first couple of weeks. At some points of the diet it says you may even be able to take fat intake down to 40%, but only for a couple of weeks at a time, and you must be well fat adapted before you try it. As far as the food goes I agree with BBF, I eat high fat ground beef, or fatty cuts of meat. If I eat chicken I always include 2 tablespoons of olive oil, if I eat tuna I add mayo. You also have to keep in mind that 1 gram of fat has 9 calories, while 1 gram of protein has 4. So things like eggs that actually have only a slightly higher number of grams of fat than protein contain twice as many cals from fat than protein. I found that using www.fitday.com to list my foods has helped me to make sure I eat correctly. As you enter the food it has a pie chart that shows where your calories are coming from.
