For FIRST TIMER 1 SUS A WEEK IS PLENTY. Hell I did 1 every 2 weeks and made great gains on that alone. And did not have to bump it up to a gram the next time just to get an effect!!! Do not go up to 500 a week. THIS is a marathon not a sprint. You sound young. I agree with the poster who said that he who advised to up it to 500 is a moron. That person understands little about the power of the hormones he is fucking with. Both good and bad.

The main reason I chose low doses a week (especially sus) was because am shit scared of losing hair. I know I'll probably lose hair later on in my life if I am prone to it but hey I rather wait for that day.
