Lost about 150lbs but now it has stopped!

I love eating I eat a lot lol, yes you need to eat to lose. I ate like a wild monkey yeaterday and I dropped another two lbs :D

At 229lbs , your BMR is around 2750 calories per day. I'm going to assume you get about 500-800 calories from your 1 meal (being liberal here), and you are putting yourself in a 2000 calorie deficit. In addition, you are more likely than not overtraining.

Read over my links above first, then we can discuss your situation further.
