I came down all the way from 380 to 229 but for some reason now ill be lucky if i lose 1 pound in a week i run 3 miles a day on a treadmill with the incline set at 5 for the first mile and a half then i put it down to 3 for the rest i run at 5mph anyone have any ideas on what the problem here could be? It is really getting frustrating!
