This is a typical day for me. im 5' 9" 194-195. Ive found i average 300 grams of protein a day.
Sometimes i eat more, depending on how i feel.
Sunday is my cheat day
what do u guys think and what suggestions do u have??

Need more info. Are you looking to lose weight? What is your bf% (an approximation will do)? How many calories does this add up to? How many carbs? Fat?

At first glance, the biscuits, bacon, Blimpie sub, Powerade all gotta go. Plus you're drinking too much 2% milk. And 20 grams of creatine is too much, 10gr at most per day. Finally, with a diet like that, cheat days are harming you, not helping.

Check out Fitday.com and enter in your daily diet. It will figure out all your numbers for you and give you a better idea of what you're taking in.

thanks bro

after looking at that again, i was off on a few things.
first of all i meant 10 grams of creatine a day not 20. i front loaded with 20.

And i never eat any carbs after 5 oclock. Im trying to lean out, not get into precontest shape.
I recently had a bf % done and i was 12.5%. trying to get under 10.

IMO the grilled chicken sub on wheat at blimpie, with no mayo is nto bad, for me at all. why did you say throw that out. and i drink the powerade during my workout and use it to mix my glut and creatine. i also take in a gallon of water a day. I also only use 2% milk at breakfast.
I mix all my shakes with fat free milk.
I am also taking an E/C/A stack

training MTW-FS

average of 15-20 mins of cardio after each session except on leg day
M= legs
T=chest, shoulders
W= bi's, tri's
FR= back and any weak spot(usually calves)
sat= either chest and shoulders of bi's, tri's depending on how i feel

i figured id also add that im in college with a limited budget with limited time working 30 hrs a week and taking 15 hrs. So im trying the best i can, but im all open to helpfull hints and criticism.
Thanks again boys

I have Diet Plus 5.0 at school and im currently getting 3700 calls
417 grams of protein and 300 grams of carbs,
How the hell can i get my carbs down and still maintain some kind of balanced diet?

When bulking my iw as taking in more than double that amount. I dont want to sacrafice my fruit as my fiber intake to get rid of my carbs. but like i said i dont eat any carbs after 5 oclock.
ITs been helping me alot. Thanks bros

bro, add some tuna, flax oil, peanut butter, oatmeal, rice, potatoes, cottage cheese.... these are all great foods for bb. alot of bros on this board are in college, but its not as tough as it sounds. take protein bars/shakes to classes. good luck bro

I agree. That's why I said to get rid of the Blimpie sub, mostly for the bread.

5'9" and almost 200lbs sounds big. Are you sure you're only 12.5%? I know you don't want to lower the carbs, but you're gonna have to.

if u watn to lean out i think u should lower the carb intake also. also i think u should change the honey from the moring and pre workout to 2 tbs after workout with the creatine. this will help u get an insulin spike and absorb the creatine much better. also after ur workouts honey has a high gi so it will get into the blood system quicker and repari ur glycogen storage better than slow absorbing carbs. though post workout try to only eat honey as ur carbs so others dont interfer with their absorption and then about an hour later eat a solid meal. also u seem to eat alot of prtoein for breakfast maybe u want to spread it out more, just a thought. one more idea is to do ur cardio in the morning on an empty stomach before ur first meal, this will cause ur body to burn fat since u didnt eat throughout the whole night. it will also save u some time just waking up 20 minutes earlier compared to dion it after ur workout.
