Recon15 dont mean to be hard on you, so if you are bulking up dont worry about the extra fat........once you reach your goal of 25lb than you can start cutting up.
I agree with Cozmo...........I never do abs..........the only thing that works for me is Cardio 3-4 times a week, clean eating habits and lot of water......
I used to eat those bars and I was getting bloated ........may be they work for you.
Btw you can always use tobasco souce or flax seed on your egg salad for extra flavour.............yammy.
