I am on a cycle of eq 1,000mg/ week and winny at 50mg, day. Yes there dosages are correct. My question is this is my cutting cycle and one person told me to lift heavy one week and just for reps the next week. While someone else told me just to lift for reps all the time. Who is right. I have a good clean diet and am doing cardio 5-6 times a week. Any advice is apprecitated.
