Lifting while on question

I am on a cycle of eq 1,000mg/ week and winny at 50mg, day. Yes there dosages are correct. My question is this is my cutting cycle and one person told me to lift heavy one week and just for reps the next week. While someone else told me just to lift for reps all the time. Who is right. I have a good clean diet and am doing cardio 5-6 times a week. Any advice is apprecitated.

What is right is what works best for you, and that comes with experiance. I lift the same, bulking or cutting. If I go for reps I get smaller. So I lift as heavy as possible with good form 8-10 reps, if cutting I do try to cut the rest time between sets.
 
i say stick with what works for your bulking phase, for me its lifting heavy, i lift the same wheather im cutting or bulking. if it works why fix it?
