my stance was narrow. i may try it with a wider stance next time, but i think it would be too hard to get the rope i held on to, to go around me with a wider stance lol.

4 boards- 585x1 (never done this for 1, but my best before this is something like 475x3 or something, so its a huge PR, felt very good too)
rack lockouts (4 inch rom) 495x3, 545x3, 585x3, 615x3, 635x3, 675x3
barbell shoulder presses 3x15
close grip t-bar rows 4x10
face pulls 3x20
rope pushdowns 3x20

great workout, i feel stronger than ever, and my shoulders/elbows dont hurt.

That is just nuts...lol.

What was your rest time like on those? I've been cutting mine down to around 30 seconds. Not sure it is a good thing or not.

it was probably about a minute. i bench with two other people, so its the time it takes for them to bench and for the loaders to change the weights. i dont like to waist time either.
