Letrozone log w/Sarms in PCT and in Sarms cycle

Hello everyone I will be logging the product Letrozone while in the PCT for my recent Pro-Hormone stack (M-LMG , H-DROL) and also I will continue the product into my Sarms stack for 12 weeks which will include S-4 , LGD-4033 , and GW.

Like I stated I'm in week one of my PCT and these are a list of the products I am taking.
Letrozone- 2ml applied twice daily for a total of 4ml
Ostarine- 25mg ED
GW- 10mg twice daily for a total of 20mg
Nolva- 20/10/10/10
AI TestoPro- 2 caps twice a day
CEL Cycle Assist- 2 caps twice a day

I also take CLA , Orange Triad multi-vitamin , ALA , and Infinate Labs Cyclo-REM before bed.

My diet is contest prep as I am 15 weeks out from my next show and I follow it flawlessly no cheats whatsoever. It will have a few calorie skims over the next 3 weeks just getting rid of a couple things that were allowed during the Pro-Hormone. At 12 weeks out I will have weekly skims that I will post along with my training and progress. Here is my diet as of right now , and yes I eat the exact same thing every day , I feel its the best way to track macros and God has given me the grace to be able to do this for months without getting totally sick of the same food :) .

meal 1- 2 scoops of whey , 1/2 banana , 1 serving of frosted flakes
meal 2- 1 cup of egg whites , 2 whole eggs , 1 cup of green beens or stir fry veggies
meal 3- 1 MetRx meal replacement
meal 4- 6oz chicken 100gr. brown rice , 1 cup green beens
meal 5- 1 MetRx meal replacement
meal 6- 6oz chicken , 1 cup green beens
pre-workout- 1 scoop MetRx recovery powder , 1 scoop whey , 25gr. dextrose powder , 1 cup skim milk , 5 grams creatine , 15 grams glutamine
post-workout- 1 scoop MetRx recovery powder , 1 scoop whey , 25gr. dextrose powder , 1 cup skim milk , 5 grams creatine , 15 grams glutamine
post-workout meal 2- 1 MetRx meal replacement , 200gr. potato
meal 8 (before bed)- 2 scoops casein
protein- 440gr
carbs- 324gr
fat- 34gr

I'm on day 2 of my PCT so Ive applied the Letrozone 4 times now and I must say the spray pump on the bottle is not a good design. It comes with another pump which sprays more of a mist than a stream but after 3 pumps mine stopped working so I had to pull the siphon tube off and let the product drain back in the bottle so I wasted as little as possible. Also when I switched the pump sprayer initially I noticed the product had actaully separated in the siphon tube itself so it is imperative that anybody who uses this product shakes it well before application which it says to do right on the bottle. I actually wrote in black magic marker on mine "SHAKE WELL" so I wouldnt forget. I feel pretty good after 2 days and Ive never had any gyno issues ever and this is my 3rd Pro-Hormone cycle. My biggest problem is losing strength afterwards so Im excited to see how the Letrozone works along with the sarms which I have never taken before either. Im going to Include a couple pics with this post just to give an idea of my starting point as I plan to continue this log up until my show. I will post back later after my workout tonight which is biceps and calves. I lift in a MaxOT style of training which I feel has worked best for me. Im 37 years old and have 10 plus years of training and have done lots of volume trianing and the MaxOT has delivered the best results. I also have just bumped my cardio from 2 days a week to 4 days a week and it will increase to 5 days a week after my PCT. I am in contest prep is why the GW is incorpoated into my PCT as fat loss is a primary goal right now.

Training Schedule-
Monday- off
Tuesday- off
Wednesday- legs
Thursday- chest , triceps
Friday- biceps , calves
Saturday- shoulders
Sunday- back , traps

I forgot to add that stuff sorry lol
I'm 5'10 and right now I'm at 218lbs. I don't believe in listing bodyfat because there's no true accurate way to test at home , I use the mirror for most of my prep and the scale at the end to make sure I'll make my weight class. I compete in light heavyweight and I weighed in at 188.9 in March and my goal is to be just 3-4 lbs. heavier with a little better condition here is a pic of me the morning of the show in March
2vi5x53.jpg

Okay so my bicep and calves workout went as follows
After warm up which is usually 3-4 sets gradually increasing weight while lowering reps
Barbell curl - 3 sets of 6 with 150lbs.
Standing EZ bar curl - 3 sets of 5 with 152lbs.
Standing alternating dumbbell curl - 3 sets of 5 with 70lb. Dumbbells
Calf raises on smith machine standing on a box to get a good stretch at the bottom of the movement with 2 -45s per side
Super set with donkey calf raises with 150lbs. I did 3 circuits of that super set
Weighted sit-ups with a 80lb. Dumbbell for 3 sets of 10
Workout went smoothly and strength is still good. Tomorrow will be shoulders and cardio , I will post tomorrow after my training.

Well I woke up today looking a lot drier than usual so I stepped on the scale just to see and I was 215.7. I know the prohormones I was taking were making me hold a little water even with my strict diet. The letrozone is obviously getting in my system now because one of its attributes is helping to keep you dry looking. I'm also a little more vascular as well. I'm really OCD about my supplements I even weigh my protein powder because I've found the scoopers give you more than the serving weight listed on the jugs. So instead of using the pump that came on the bottle which works fine(although it does send more of a stream than a mist out of the bottle) I'm using one of my oral syringes. I just shake the guts out of the bottle and pull 1ml at a time and apply it to my chest and abdomen. So I know know for a fact I'm getting the 2ml dose I'm supposed to be getting :)

Shoulder workout went great , went up 5lbs. On military press. When I get to 6 reps I go up with the smallest increment. I was at 230lbs. For 3 sets of 6 , I went to 235 for 3 sets of 4 tonight. I could have pushed out 5 on the first set but I wanted to get my reps in all sets. So here was my workout
Seated military barbell press - 235 for 3 sets of 4
Seated dumbbell press - 100lb dumbbells for 3 sets of 5
Seated rear lateral raise - 65lb dumbbell for 2 sets of 6
Standing side lateral raise - 65lb dumbbell for 2 sets of 5
I take 1.5 to 2 minutes between sets. My workout went real smooth felt great and did my cardio afterwards. I'm gonna put up some videos of my training eventually to give an idea of the intensity involved in my MaxOT training. Most would see my sets and reps and not believe you can build muscle but it's the diet and training and cardio as a package deal. Without perfect execution of all 3 components the system doesn't work. But overall I'm feeling really good. I'm excited for the next few weeks to see how my body responds to everything. I have a good feeling so far :)

Great physique my friend. Good luck on the letrozone and sarms run. I haven't used letrozone yet but hear promising things. I am very experienced with sarms on the other hand and I always add lean mass and drop bf while on them.

GlAd someone's logging Letrozone. I've been really interested to see how Letrozone is. Might or might not throw it into my pct for my LGD/Primoboldex cycle.

Ok back workout went great today, my buddy came over and trained with me and my energy level was awesome. I took my gw about an hour before training and 3 sccops of Gaspari super pump max 30 minutes after that so needless to say I was pumped lol. Heres my workout .....
deadlift - warm-up 135 for 12 , 185 for 10 , 225 for 8 , 315 for 5 , 405 for 2 ( I dont take any risks with my back :) I also use straps and a belt because Im trying to build muscle not prove my masculinity )
working set - 455 for 2 sets of 5
v-bar row - 3 sets of 6 with 250lbs.
lat pull down with v-bar attachment - 3 sets of 6 with 220lbs.

my caloric skims starting tomorrow will be no rice (100gr.) with meal #4 for the remainder of my prep and no skim milk with pre and post shakes , water only from here on out .
total deductions - protein 18gr.
carbs 47gr.
calories 272

I will be posting progress pics this weekend sometime and Im off trianing for the next 2 days so will post again on Wednesday. Right now my srength has not dropped at all and next week will be the test to see how well my current supplements are working. And thanks for all the positive comments so far. My goal is to create the best possible enviroment to show how the Letrozone will perform in PCT and alongside a SARMS stack. My mood is great and libido is normal so looking forward to this week to see if I stay on track.

very nice work so far... its great to see how everything is working for you... i am getting ready to start my letrozone next week as well... thank you for the detailed input... it is extremely helpful to everyone that is wondering about letrozone... you are providing an excellent example... keep up the good work bro...

Hello everyone , I wanted to give an update on my log , Im back from 2 days of rest and I had a killer leg workout tonight. I cant lie im one of those people who for years just did leg press and leg extensions and light barbell squats because I was a "baby" so my wife tells me lol , but for the past 18 months no matter what I get my barbell squats in. Im not overly strong but ive worked my way up to do some decent weight but I feel I have room to grow before Im out of my prime. I am very strict on my form and my wife is right there in my ear if I dont go down far enough lol , but Im past parallel 99% of the time. Any way heres the workout ;

barbell squat - 5 sets of 6 reps with 385lbs.
smith machine single leg lunges - 3 sets of 6 reps each leg with 135lbs.
stiff leg dead lifts - 2 sets of 5 reps with 225lbs
lying leg curls(hamstring) - 3 sets (the first 2 sets are superset with the 2 sets of stiff leg deads)8 reps with 60lbs. and the last set was 6 reps with 60lbs.

The workout lasted 43 minutes after warm-up on squats and my strength was right on par with last week. I have definitley added 3-4 lbs. of muscle over the past 6 weeks and my strength and size have not changed but I have leaned out and vascularity has improved a little each day. I did 4 days of cardio last week on Im on 5 days a week for the next few weeks. This week will really tell me how my PCT is going and if the supplements Im on are doing their job. I dont like to jump the gun and say everything is awesome but Im feeling really good right now with mood and libido. Chest is tomorrow and Im so anxious to see how my stregth is from last week. I will post tomorrow night with updates. Also I will be posting some progress pics this weekend for sure.

nice work so far bro... you are right... you will really start to see how things are going in the next few weeks... you are doing great and hopefully the progress will continue... there is no reason that it should not... keep it up bro...

Hello guys , chest workout went great tonight !!! I was really worried about my strength starting to drop but everything was right on par and I went up 10lbs. On my incline press. My wife told me my shoulders looked good and she never gives compliments lol, I had a great pump and I'm injury free right now which is a plus because I usually have some nagging shoulder or elbow pain. I've been off the prohormone for 9 days now and I truly should have a small drop in strength but I'm still making small progress. My mood is still great , no irritability but I can attribute some of that to the changes in my physique lol , you know how you feel when something actually has a positive impact in your journey to build muscle. It really is a process and you can't expect to make huge gains all the time. I just feel I'm in a position right now where I'm going to produce a great physique and I'm pumped !!!! Anyway here's my workout ;

Flat bench - 3 sets of 4 reps with 315lbs.
Incline bench - 3 sets of 5 reps with 285lbs.
Weighted dips - 2 sets of 5 reps with 90lbs.
Skull crushers - 2 sets of 6 reps with 122lbs.
Cable press down - 3 sets of 6 reps with 130lbs.

All my weight was on par with last week(I keep a log of every workout) and I was up 10 lbs on incline. I'm gonna get some progress pics on Saturday or Sunday and hopefully a training vid up next week. I just wish the 3 weeks of PCT was over so I could start my sarms lol , I'm just really excited to see more progress. Tomorrow is biceps , calves and abs and I will post the workout sometime tomorrow evening.

It seems to be going good bro.. some nice numbers, and isnt it nice to just feel good and be injury free. I also have a nagging shoulder. It usually poses as issue, but lately.. ive been feelin like a beast. Needless to say, I can totally relate. Keep up the great work and pleasin the wifey. Its always nice to hear the wife giving positive affirmations to the hard work

Hello guys , bicep workout went great , my strength is holding perfectly , went up 5 lbs. on my barbell curl and everything else stayed the same , I can tell I need to cut some calories and start dropping some body fat , my muscles are really looking full and I'm getting great pumps in the gym. My legs are a little fuller too so I'm excited about that. It's such a process stripping away the fat to reveal all that hard work and you must be patient and follow your plan !! I will skim some more calories in 2 weeks and I'll have 3 full weeks of cardio in by then and should really start to see some detail. I had my blood pressure checked today and it was 111/79 so I'm super pumped about that and I know it's because of my diet and the low fat intake in and I'm on a good supplement regimine. The supplements I'm taking are having a great impact on my body right now and it's more apparent every day. My mood is great I feel great and my libido is right where it should be. My brother will be coming to train with me 4th of July weekend so I will get some video then. Still plan on posting pics tomorrow. Here's the workout ;

Barbell curl - 2 sets of 5 reps with 155lbs.
Standing EZ bar curl - 3 sets of 5 reps with 152lbs.
Standing alternating dumbbell curl - 2 sets of 5 reps each arm with 70lb. Dumbbells
Standing calf raise super set with donkey calf raise - 3 super sets , standing weight 185lbs. , donkey calf raise weight 150lbs.
Weighted sit-ups super set with cable crunches - weighted sit up weight 70lbs. , cable crunch weight 100lbs.

What's up bros , just an update on my training and how the supplements are going. I can tell you that everything is in full swing right now. Serious pumps , amazing energy , great strength. Vascularity has improved 20% at least. Muscles are starting to get a dense look rather than smooth. I was waiting to see if maybe I just wasn't holding water but 4 days of cardio plus my calorie skims at the beginning of the week are showing big time. I had a really busy first half of the day and only got 1 whole food meal in and 2 shakes before my training and I was worried I would be down on energy but I was like an animal today lol. Workout intensity was great and I'm just flat out looking better than I was a week ago. Will have pics up tomorrow , here's the workout ;

Military barbell press - 3 sets of 5 with 235lbs.
Dumbbell press - 3 sets of 5 with 100lb. Dumbbells
Side lateral raise - 2 sets of 6 reps with 65lb. Dumbbells
Rear lateral raise - 2 sets of 8 reps with 65lb. Dumbells

Hello guys , just wanted to post my back workout today and I have some pictures as well , I took the pictures this evening after 4 hours of yard work and my back training so I'm not as dry looking as I was this morning lol , I swear I drank 2 gallons of water today plus all my shakes !!!! Anyway I'm just super pumped about my leg development , I'm really gonna focus on my posing this time too. Ok on to the supplements , everything seems to be working perfectly , I'm 100% sure I'm not suppressed right now and if I am it's not even noticeable but I've got 2 weeks of PCT left so I'm golden in that area. I'm definitely going to buy some more letrozone and run it through my sarms cycle , I believe it's beneficial and I haven't even begun to use it at full dose yet. The ostarine and GW are both working as well I just know from years of training and knowing my body. In excited to see the end result 14 weeks from now :) anyway here's the workout and links to the pics are at the bottom

Deadlift - 2 sets of 4 reps with 455lbs.(after warm up working from 135lbs. All the way to 405lbs.)
V-bar row - 3 sets of 6 reps with 270lbs.
V-bar cable pull downs - 3 sets of 6 reps with 225lbs.

Very simple but very effective workout

Back from 2 days off for an epic leg workout. s*** is getting real now , had amazing stamina and I went up in weight again this week so Im a happy man right now lol , Ive been on here just going through pages and pages of sarms and prohormone threads and just soaking up all the information I can !!! I wanted to put my stamina to the test regarding the GW and even though I read numerous accounts of people and their ability to push farther than they could I still had to see for myself. Of course I pushed my cardio and still had some left in the tank so I was pumped about that !!! Overall Im having a great experience with my supps right now , the s-4 and lgd is just lurking in the cupboard ready for action !!! my anticipation is killing me because as I diet down Im really gonna see the visual rewards from these supps and thats what bodybuilding is all about right !!! anyway heres the workout ;

barbell squat - 5 sets of 4 reps with 405lbs.
smith machine lunges - 3 sets of 6 reps each leg with 160lbs.
stiff leg deadlift superset with lying leg curls - 3 circuts of this superset / stiff leg deads 3 sets of 5 reps with 275 - lying leg curls 1 set of 8 with 60lbs. and 2 sets of 6 reps with 65lbs.

My brother is coming to train this weekend and I will get some training vids to post

Hello guys , had chest training was today. Met up with a buddy that's doing the physique class at the show I'm doing. My training has been better everytime !!!! Went up 10lbs on incline and we did triceps after chest and my buddy was like " how are you doing that much weight after the chest exercises ?!??? " lol , he knows what I'm taking but apparently he doesn't believe it could be that good since it's not gear lol. Anyway my stamina was off the charts !!! The other 2 guys I trained with were out of gas and I was like "who's doing cardio ?!?!?? " lol . People that know me were like " your legs look bigger " then someone said " your shoulders look bigger " in my mind I'm like HECK YEA !!! Then I told my buddy I'm not even out of PCT yet !! I'm really enjoying all of this right now , and everybody knows bodybuilding is a love hate relationship so like I said before I'm in a good position right now !! Here's the workout

Flat bench barbell - 3 sets of 5 reps with 315lbs.
Incline bench barbell - 2 sets of 6 reps with 295lbs.
Decline bench hammer strength machine - 2 sets of 6 reps with 295lbs.
Lying tricep extension - 2 sets of 6 reps with 142lbs. 1 set of 4 with 162lbs. :)

You're ripping it up bro.. keep up the good work. I absolutely love sarms. I'm BIG fan of sarms!

hello guys , had a great biceps workout with my brother and my buddy , we all hit it hardcore and my strength was right on track form last week , my arm genetics are not the greatest and ive given up on worrying about them anymore lol , i just hit them heavy and hard and call it a day . of course after the training and cardio we all went to my house and had our shakes and talked about the show were doing and one thing led to another and the tape measure made its way out of the drawer lol . i had the smallest arm measurment of all 3 of us :( at 17.5 exactly , my bro came in at 17.75 and my buddy had 18 inch guns !!!! swears hes natural but has 3/8 inch bicep veins but whatever !!!!!!!! lol , we are hitting back tomorrow and were gonna get some training video , we were gonna get some tonight but my wife was at a 4th of july party at her sisters house and she is the video crew :) , anyway im thin king of ending my PCT a week short as im fully recovered and feeling great and i can get on to my full dose of Letrozone and on my sarms stack , heres the workout ;

standing barbell curl - 2 sets of 5 reps with 155lbs.
standing EZ bar curl - 3sets of 6 reps with 152lbs.

great progress and updates bro... everything is working well for you... the harder you work and the more disciplined you are, the more everything you are using can shine and the more results you will show... you are doing great... keep it up bro...

excellent job. just get a spray tan and oiled up and you will be stage ready

hello guys , i have an update on the back training from yesterday and some shoulder training today. i got some training vids im going to post youtube links to , im am so computer illiterate it took me a while to get everything prepared and im sorry if its bad quality or whatever. i would recommend you watch them on a desktop so you can see we are all in excellent shape and we havent even started to really cut calories yet. we are 13 weeks out as of yesterday. back training went great and everybody was pretty pumped !!! my brother is the guy in the vids with the pony tail and goatee and the pretty boy is our friend josh who usually tries to do some type of cross fit rep range every time lol. my brothers back is tweeked a little so he didnt do any deadlifts or v-bar rows. we all has a very intense training session though and had a great time. they are both leaner than me by a little but my strength is alot better in all lifts and im the only one to have done a show, and i know my timeline and where i need to be , so i like to trim down slowly and preserve all the muscle i can. they are both doing physique so they are shooting for lean. i have decided to end my pct this coming sunday which is only 3 days early and start the full dose of letrozone and my s-4 and lgd-4033 , needless to say im pumped !!!!!! heres the workouts and links to vids below (i hope they work and sorry for punctuation on this im rushing to get it posted gotta do some food prep :) ).

deadlift - 2 sets of 5 reps with 455lbs. (warm-up starting at 135lbs. working up to 405lbs.)
bent over row - 2 sets of 6 reps with 315lbs.
t-bar row - 2 sets of 6 reps with 270lbs.
v-bar cable pull down - 2 sets of 6 reps with 200lbs.

military barbell press - 3 sets of 5 reps with 235lbs.
seated dumbbell press - 2 sets of 6 reps with 100lb. dumbbells
rear lateral raise - 2 sets of 8 reps with 65lb. dumbbells
side lateral raise - 2 sets of 6 reps with 65lb. dumbbells

Thanks for the positive comments ! Also I forgot to include that I made a calorie skim to my diet starting today (Monday) I deducted 1 oz. of chicken from meal # 4 & meal # 6 for a total calorie deduction of 100 calories. Next week will mark 12 weeks out and I will be making weekly skims at that point.

i like the calorie cut idea... i often find myself doing that... the leaner you are, you can really tell what causes what in your body and how it reacts to each addition or subtraction... thanks for posting the vids and for the excellent updates bro... everything is going great and your progress is excellent... keep up the hard work bro...

That is the right way to prep, so I'm glad to see you doing that. I see too many guys cutting too many calories early on which doesn't give them any wiggle room to drop further when things stall out, and that can lead to extreme dieting, and going in flat with muscle loss. Small weekly or biweekly cuts over the course of the entire prep are the best way I have found to do it.

Thanks for the encouragement guys ! I'm gonna have a lot more pics and vids up and conditioning will improve every week once I start skimming , it will be great for people to see how these legal supps work when nutrition and training are on point.

i look foward to it bro! glad to see you are a believer in these products

excellent bro... keep them coming!

Hello guys , just an update after my two days off , I had leg training today and it about killed me lol . I had a really busy day at work . I work at an oil refinery and we are doing some demo on some 10 inch pipe and a few tanks and I was up and down scaffold ladders 10 times and running a 1 inch impact gun for a few hours !!!! I can't complain because we were very slow Monday and Tuesday , it only figures we would be slammed on my leg day during a prep when there's no such thing as tomorrow or reschedule for another day lol . So anyway got home applied my letrozone , drank my preworkout , checked some emails and made my preworkout shake. That all took about 45 minutes , I like to give the letrozone plenty of time to absorb into my skin , plus I put it on my shoulders tonight and I wore a sleeveless shirt for training. Anyway I warmed up as usual and my goal was to do one extra rep on each set and I did that on all sets except one but I was very fatigued and I could just tell I had a long day . But I got my work in and my legs felt crushed . I truly feel these type of days are what separates men with ok physiques and men with great physiques !!! Here's the workout ;

Barbell squat - 4 sets of 5 reps with 405lbs. , 1 set of 4 reps with 405lbs.
Smith machine single leg lunges - 2 sets of 5 reps each leg with 160lbs.
Stiff leg dead lifts super set with lying leg curls - 2 circuits of this super set , stiff leg deads 2 sets of 5 reps with 275 , lying leg curls 2 sets of 8 reps with 70lbs.

Chest is tomorrow so don't need quite as much energy for that thank god !!

Thanks you sir ! I've been putting in the time on the barbell squats for a year now , every single week lifting heavy. I'm at a sticking point around 400lbs. But it hasn't bothered me a bit because it still takes tremendous focus and concentration to lift that weight and I truly feel it is still stimulating muscle growth. I hate to sound like a girl but even after 50-60 leg workouts having 400lbs. On my back still does not feel comfortable to me. Thank God my wife is willing to be right there with me on every rep !!! She normally just goes through the motions with me but I promise last night on a couple reps I started to lean forward a little too much and the good little spotter that she is she gave me that slight pull back to keep me straight as I came up with the weight. She really deserves more credit than I give her :)

whats up guys , just an update from my chest training last night. i had a busy day at work again but not quite as busy as wednesday when i did legs lol. so i usually work out at my gym but i decided to go to the gym in my town and to my suprise i ended up being the only one in the gym. i had no spotter but so i had to keep my reps low on the incline but i pushed my flat bench to get my same reps from last week. the training went great and i had an amazing pump !!!! i had free reign to check myself out in all the mirrors lol and i looked like im "on" something more now than i ever have !!!! ive been on the s-4 and lgd for 3 days now with the full dose of letrozone so im paying attention to changes in my body. i usually do weighted dips and lying tricep extensions but with no spotter (not needed for the dips but def. for the skull crushers) the gym i went to has a plate loaded seated dip/chest machine so i did three sets of that to hit triceps and chest. heres the chest workout

flat bench - 2 sets of 5 reps with 315lbs.
incline bench - 2 sets of 4 reps with 295lbs
seated dip machine - 3 sets of 5 reps with 370 it was plate loaded and i had 4-45s on each side
cable press downs - 2 sets of 6 reps with 130lbs.
tricep kickbacks - 1 set of 8 reps per arm with a 60lb. dumbbell

whats up guys , just another update from my bicep training tonight and some vids , had a good training session but it was later in the evening than i wanted because a friend came over to visit today. i was detailing a car today and sweating outside so i drank 2 gallons of water today hence the bloat in the videos lol , anybody can write some numbers down on a screen but its nice to see someone lifting the weight they say they are so im going to try to get vids of all body parts over the next few weeks then wait a month and post some more vids with better conditioning . strength was right on par with last week so im happy with that . My calves are really lacking , im working them harder than my MaxOt traing calls for but they are slow growing and its depressing to look at them lol , thank God lots of people have less than great calf genetics , heres the workout and vids will be at the bottom and i was having trouble editing them so some have music some dont ;

barbell curls - 2 sets of 5 reps with 155lbs.
standing EZ bar curls - 2 sets of 5 reps with 152lbs.
standing dumbbell curls - 2 sets of 5 reps each arm with 70lb. dumbbells
standing calf raise superset with donkey calf raise - 3 circuits of this super set , standing for 3 sets of 10 reps with 180lbs. and donkey for 3 sets of 10 with 150lbs.
weighted situps superset with cable crunches - 2 circuits of this superset , weighted situps for 2 sets of 10 reps with 70lbs , cable crunches for 2 sets of 6 reps with 100lbs.

hows it goin guys , an update from my shoulder training yesterday , had a great workout as usual , my friend josh trained with me and i tried a different angle on the bench with my millitary presses. he likes the bench straight up and i always have it one click down from straight up. i really hated it and remembered why i never put it straight up like that. i couldnt get any natural arch in my back while pressing without feeling like i was going to slide out of the seat part. it seemed difficult to get comfortable and i was down 1 rep per set which was frustrating, other than that it was business as usual and afterwards instead of the treadmill we went to the track and did a little circuit there. we walked 1 lap , ran 2 laps , then for 5 laps we fasr walked the curves and sprinted the straights , then walked 1 lap for a cool down. it was a great workout and i dont normally do that long of cardio but it was flowing nice and i felt great the whole time !! so heres the shoulder workout

military press - 2 sets of 4 reps with 235lbs.
seated dumbbell press - 2 sets of 6 reps with 100lb. dumbbells
rear lateral raise - 2 sets of 8 reps with 65lb. dumbbells
side lateral raise - 2 sets of 6 reps with 65lb. dumbbells

Hey guys just an update from yesterday's back training , my friend josh trained with me again and we had a great workout. I think he's trying to get big or something and that's why he's been coming over to train so much lol . Anyway we didn't break any records but I was right on par with where i was last week . I'm at a point now where I'm focusing on form and execution over trying to keep adding weight although if I reach my rep range of 6 I will increase the poundage. My deadlifts are going well and I have hit 2 sets of 5 for two straight weeks now but the reps are very challenging and with that weight I know a wrong move and I could be injured so I take it nice and slow :) . We did 4 exercises again 2 sets each exercise so 8 sets total and I was drained to say the least ! Then we went over to the track and did a very similar cardio routine to what we did the day before and we got 2 miles in. I felt great and I'm right on schedule. My goal is to get some video of my leg training this week. I've been applying the letrozone to my shoulders and chest and taking my s-4 twice a day , I'm on day 6 and no vision sides yet :) , here's the back workout

Deadlift - 2 sets of 5 reps with 455lbs. (Warm-up with 135lbs. Going up to 405lbs.)
Cable pull downs - 2 sets of 6 with 225lbs.
Bent over row - 2 sets of 5 reps with 315lbs.
V-bar low row - 2 sets of 6 reps with 270lbs.

I also deducted 1/2 cup of egg whites from meal # 2 for a 100 calorie deduction

looks good! i look foward to those leg vidoes.I hate leg day, perhaps i could use a tip or two.

This is a great log. LGD and s4 produce so much strength. I love that combo. Letrozone will dry you out nicely too but it's not an aggressive a.i. So it's perfect for a sarms cycle

Hello guys , another update from my leg training. Today was supposed to be an off day but I had training at work for more than half the day and didn't do much for the last couple hours when I got out in the field so I decided to take advantage of my easy day at work and got legs one day early considering I struggled so bad last week because I had a very long strenuous day at work. My body usually needs a full 7 days rest for each body part considering my MaxOt training so I wondered how I would feel. Needless to say it was a great training session and I hit my reps and sets and my energy level was at least 20% better than my last leg training. Also those sarms and full dose of letrozone has me freaking jacked !! Like I'm looking in the mirror like "what the heck am I taking ?!!?!?? " lol , I'm bigger and leaner than I was when I was 12 weeks out from my show earlier this year and my wife said I flat out look better !!! I'm still going to wait about 3 more weeks to post some more progress pics but I'll still keep posting training videos. I've increased my cardio intensity and with the GW it's really leaning me out fast !!! I'm really happy with my progress and although I was happy with the PCT I was on this s-4 and lgd after 9 days is really starting to do what everyone said it would , I'm excited to see how I look pence I drop below 3k calories , anyway I've got some leg training vids at the bottom and here's the workout

Barbell squat - 5 sets of 5 reps with 410lbs.
Smith machine lunges - 2 sets of 6 reps each leg with 160lbs.
Stiff leg deadlift superset with leg curls - 2 circuits of this superset , stiff leg deads 2 sets of 5 reps with 275lbs. And leg curls 2 sets of 8 reps with 65lbs.

thanks for the maxiumim effort put into this log!

I had almost no posts on here but I've been training for a long time and knew I could do a log , I want to thank Dylan for giving me the opportunity even though he didn't know me from Adam and sent me the bottle of letrozone and let me log it. I truly appreciated him doing that for me and I promised I would do as good of a log as I could. I'm almost done with the bottle he sent me and my obligation for the 30 day log but you guys are very respectful and the moderators here seem to genuinely want to help people so I've purchased another bottle of letrozone and I'm going to continue my log all the way up to my show and keep posting my diet , training , pics and vids. Thanks again !!!

that is awesome and very noble of you! i think we all would appreciate that effort.

What's up guys , had chest training last night , I did get one vid of my flat bench but that was it :( , I wanted to get some of incline bench but the gym was busy and it just didn't work out. I'm one day ahead of schedule on my training this week because I made an adjustment to my schedule this week. My strength was spot on even short one day of rest from the last time I did chest. Obviously the supps I'm taking are helping me recover faster although I won't adjust my schedule any more than I have. I looked at my training log from last show and my lifts are up on everything except deadlifts. I'm actually progressing on reps where I might get a chance to bump the weights up on a few lifts before my calorie deficit gets too low. I will cut 125 more calories on Sunday and I will post my whole diet again to show exactly where my macros are at right now. I just noticed last night that I've been getting up to pee 3-4 times a night where is was only once and occasionally twice before I went on the full dose of letrozone. I remembered that The same thing happened when I was taking Erase which is obviously one of the ingredients in the letrozone. Vid will be at the bottom and here's the workout

Flat barbell bench - 2 sets of 6 reps with 315lbs.
Incline barbell bench - 2 sets of 5 reps with 295lbs.
Weighted dips - 2 sets of 6 reps with 100lbs.
Lying tricep extensions - 2 sets of 5 reps with 162lbs.
Cable press downs - 2 sets of 6 reps with 130lbs.

Wow man, that's pretty awesome. Glad to hear you bought another letrozone bottle for a longer log. I was hoping it would go longer

Nice vid and almost an identical workout I did on tuesday. Just wondering how many warm up/ramp up sets you do to get up to those numbers? Or if any at all.

Yes , I always do a good warmup for the body part I'm training at the beginning of the workout , for chest it's 135x12-15 , 185x10 , 225x8 , 275x4 , 305x1

What's up guys , just an update from my training tonight. Had a great back workout and my cardio has been off the charts !! I've been doing 2 miles at the track after my training 3 days this week and it's been flowing real nice. Energy level is great and I'm really leaning out nicely now. My wife and workout partner both made comments about my leanness and I just sold my partner a bottle of GW and S-4 lol , had some extra in my cupboard and he is liking the results he's seeing with me and wants to give them a try lol !! Anyway I have shoulders tomorrow and I'm gonna get some vids on my shoulder training , here's the back workout

Deadlift - 2 sets of 5 reps with 455lbs.
V-bar row - 2 sets of 6 reps with 270lbs.
Lat pull down - 3 sets of 6 reps with 225lbs.
Body weight pull up - 1 set of 8 reps

my friend, not only did you keep a great log (which I fully expected) you even exceeded my expectations, which is not an easy thing to do... I love seeing results and you most definitely are showing them... You have done great work and we are all proud of what you have accomplished and will continue to do... Thank you for keeping an excellent log... You are on the right path to success for your show and you have full support throughout bro... Let GW continue to enhance your workout.. Its allowing you to maximize everything you are doing to the highest extent... Good luck bro...

whats up guys , heres an update from my shoulder training tonight. training went great and im right on par with my weights. im cutting calories and my cardio is ramped up a good bit now so im happy to be maintaining my strength. im not concerned a bit about adding weight at this point obviously since im under the 12 weeks out point. we did our usual exercises and went to the track and blew out some epic cardio !!!! keeping it to 2 miles but i could easily do more lol , we are sprinting and racing down the straights at the track its pretty crazy im 38 years old and 215lbs. and carrying alot of muscle and im going around the track like im in high school lol. anyway ive got some videos of our military press and our seated dumbbell press. and im going to tell you in advance and please dont laugh or call me a hillbilly but im doing 95lb. dumbbells with 2 - 2.5 pound standard weights duct taped to them to make them 100's lol . i needed the extra weight for a workout a few weeks ago and said i was going to get some heavier dumbbells for my gym but they are expensive and my duct taped dumbbells work so well i havent brought myself to buy any yet :) . heres the workout and the vids are at the bottom and im going to get my diet up this week i promise to let you know where my macros are at but im around 3,150 calories-220 grams of carbs-405 grams of protein-50 grams of fat on training days right now

military barbell press - 2 sets of 5 reps with 235lbs.
seated dumbbell press - 2 sets of 6 reps with 100lb. dumbbells
rear lateral raise - 2 sets of 8 reps with 65lb. dumbbells
side lateral raise - 2 sets of 6 reps with 65lb. dumbbells

LOL. I love the "engineering" of your DBs bro! That's excellent. Whatever works right? Another awesome set of videos

I see you are experiencing the great effects of GW and how great it can make those runs. Keep killing it bro. You are doing great

Thanks for sharing this; very informative. Like D said, this is one of the best logs I've read in a long time. Nice incorporation of GW into the mix too.

still in the the ride brother! i look foward to some more of those vidoes!

What's up guys , just an update from my leg training. I followed right in line with my weights from last week. I'm on day 14 with the S-4 and the only vision sides I have are adjusting from light to dark rooms. I wouldn't even say it even bothers me at all. No green tint or spots or anything else. I bumped my dose up to 60mg daily and I will see how it goes over the next week. I'm leaning out nicely !!! I'm down to 212lbs. And I'm dropping below 10% bf or close to it so I'm right on track. Energy has been good and the sarms have been doing a great job of holding onto my strength while cutting calories. I'm going to compare my weights from 10 weeks out last prep and post up the difference later this week to show how much strength I've held onto compared to last prep. Here's the leg workout

Barbell squat - 5 sets of 5 reps with 410lbs.
Smith machine lunges - 2 sets of 5 reps each leg with 160lbs.
Stiff leg deadlifts - 2 sets of 5 reps with 275lbs.
Lying leg curls - 2 sets of 8 reps with 65lbs.

whats up guys , got an update from my chest training tonight. workout went great and im right on par with last weeks weights. i did make a small adjustment , i went from 6 to 5 reps per set on my flat bench and it allowed me to get 2 sets of 5 clean reps on my incline. since my cadio intensity has went up so much im really starting to lean out faster than i thought. im looking very hard and full. im loving the stack its been worth every penny and i still have 10 weeks to go lol , this stuff is gonna have me shredded up like ive never been before !!!! my work schedule has been a little hectic and i have a wife and 2 boys to raise but everything has been flowing nicely and everyone is really supportive of me lately so im blessed in that aspect. i need to get some vids of my tricep training so thats next on the list for next week. im going to give it two more weeks then im going to post some progress pics. i should be under 210lbs. by then. just to put things in perspective at 11 weeks out last prep i did flat bench 285lbs. for 2 sets of 5 and incline 255lbs. for 2 sets of 5 and dip machine 340 for 2 sets of 6. chec out my numbers tonight at 11 weeks out :) !!!!!!!!!!!!

flat bench - 2 sets of 5 reps with 315lbs.
incline bench - 2 sets of 5 reps with 295lbs.
dip machine - 2 sets of 5 reps with 360lbs.
tricep kickbacks - 2 sets of 6 reps with 65lb . dumbbell
cable press down - 2 sets of 6 reps with 130lbs.

What's up guys just an update from bicep training. Workout went great and looking better in the mirror every day now ! I did my normal sets and reps and weights and it was still challenging. I find myself wanting to have a training session where I pick up the weights and I don't have to force my muscles to lift the weight if that makes sense lol . It was one if those days where I had some stuff I had to do earlier in the day and it was a little physical and I didn't mentally prepare myself for training I just slammed my pwo and shake and hit the gym. I breezed through my warmup but once I put that working weight on there and picked it up a little light went off in my head that said "we need to get in another frame of mind to lift this" lol . Anyway I got my act together and pushed through the workout. It's crazy it was only bicep and calves but it had me drained and huffing and puffing when I was done !!!! And then I had to go to the track and get my cardio in !!! My knee had some weird pain on the side and my calves were obviously fatigued so my run wasn't as comfortable as I would have liked. On a positive note I just don't get tired running !!!!! I mean can truly tell that my endurance is beyond what it should be. So this is contest prep and why most can't do it !!!!!!! Its such a demand from every aspect of your life but man is it nice to be shredded ;) I hope to get some deadlift videos up gonna try and hit 500lbs. For a few reps , here's the bicep training

Barbell curl - 2 sets of 6 reps with 155lbs.
Standing EZ bar curl - 2 sets of 6 reps with 152lbs.
Dumbbell curl - 2 sets of 5 reps with 70lb. Dumbbell
Smith Machine calf raises - 2 sets of 10 reps with 210lbs.
Donkey calf raise - 2 sets of 12 reps with 150lbs.

Also I believe the sarms and letrozone is the best stack I've ever done , I feel good and am strong and I look better every day , the vision sides are not bad but apparent all the time now so I'm going to hold at 60mg ED for right now. I'm not bothered by them per say but I feel like my dose is sufficient for my goals.

if the vison sides get any worse, try 5 days on/2 off ..its worked well for many people that couldnt handle the sides at ed.

Although I'm def getting some sides they are not severe enough for me to compromise my dosing schedule , honestly if it got to the point where I felt uncomfortable I would just stop the S-4 and try something different , but I can tell you that what it's doing to my body , hardness , vascularity , leanness , I would have to not be able to see to stop taking it lol

What's up guys , sorry for the delay in posts , my schedule has been kinda hectic ! I've been taking advantage of some easy days I've been having at work and doing my leg training on those days. Tuesday is usually my off day but I decided to do legs since It was cool outside al day at work and I didn't expel too much energy lol , that also pushed my chest day to yesterday so I will be posting that training too but like I said at the beginning of this my training stays the same pretty much. Especially now since I'm cutting calories so I'm just trying to stick with the weight I'm doing there will be no more trying to add weight although this supplement regiment I'm on could suprise me !!! I wanted to get some video of my chest training especially my tricep work because I haven't got any vids up of that body part yet. Anyway I've been having trouble coordinating with my partner as he is on a little different work schedule than me. Ok so I want to express how these Sarms and letrozone have me looking right now !!!! I'm telling you more people now than ever have asked if I was on test lol , and I'm freaking shredding down soooo fast !!!!! No matter what I'm going to get some pics in my posing trunks at 8 weeks out so everybody can see how fast my body had changed. I've been getting these CRAZY pumps in the gym !!!! I know I have this silly grin on my face as I flex my muscles in the mirror lol . Anyway here's the leg and chest training

Barbell squat - 5 sets of 5 reps with 410lbs.
Smith machine lunges - 2 sets of 5 reps per leg with 160lbs.
Stiff leg dead lifts - 2 sets of 5 reps with 275lbs.

What's up guys , got an update for the log. I was real busy this week so sorry for the late updates lately. I had and awesome biceps , back and shoulder workouts. I'm really blown away how I'm maintaining strength even on a caloric deficit. Went up 5lbs on shoulder press so 240lbs. For 5 reps and I went up on bent over rows a little too. I'm just getting super ripped and my wife has assured me I'm bigger and leaner than earlier this year at this same time in my prep. The sarms and letrozone are amazing together and my physique speaks for itself. I'm going to attach a pic my son took while I was training shoulders. He said I had a sick pump and he was right !!! I will post up my training tonight after work and I also took 2.5 ounces of chicken out of meal #6 this week for a 115 calorie skim. I'm around 2,700 calories right now

Thanks bro !!! I'm pumped !!! When I woke up in the morning Saturday I was flexing in the mirror in my bedroom and I was just in awe of how my body changed in 5 weeks , I've been doing 7 laps at the track 5 times a week. Looking sick bro!You look leaner, great job.

Well I had to give up on the log for a while , I got put on 6 days a week at work and my schedule got so busy it was crazy and my prep was really time consuming and it was all I could do to function with my family and train and prep meals and then at 5 weeks out I suffered a major back injury , I cannot do barbell squats or deadlifts but with the help of some people I was able to adjust my training to accommodate my pain and I was in a nerve pill , muscle relaxer and ibuprofen and thank God after 3 weeks I can hold my poses and my pain is down 80% , I continue on with my sarms and letrozone focused on my diet and my wife was very encouraging considering I have $3000 wrapped up in supps and hotel and entry fees and various things and was on the verge of having to throw in the towel. Apparently I herniated a disk between L-1 and S-1 vertebrae. But it's healed exponentially faster than I expected and I can hold my poses with minimal pain. Needless to say since I was only 5 weeks out when it happened not being able to train heavy didn't hurt me at all , I'm training high volume with light weights which is a big change for me but it's working and I'm completely shredded right now. I just finished my 3rd bottle of letrozone and I'm taking Liquidex for the remainder of my prep , I'm still on the GW , LGD , and S-4 and I've put on and kept 5lbs of lean muscle. I'm at 1700 calories right now and very tired from very little carbs but I'm 15 days out and I could step on stage right now. I attended a posing clinic 2 days before I hurt my back which was a little under 6 weeks out and there were 2 female judges that ran the class that will be judging at my show and the head judge Gary Udit taught the class said 3 times I was in a very good position as far as conditioning at that point and I'm way leaner and drier now. I'm going to post some pics they took at the class below and I will post pics of me at the show in 2 weeks. I apologize I couldn't keep up with the log like I wanted to but I will def show the results of the sarms stack I was on which I'm extremely happy with the money I spent at this point.
