Ask open ended questions and Listen intently to her, ask follow up questions to keep her on track showing that you are maintaining interest in what she is saying. Repeat back to her what she just said to you so that she elaborates more.

Allow the conversation to just meander but have her talking for most of it while you actively listen to her. Agree with her alot, offer some wisdom in response but keep her going talking about herself.

At the end she'll feel great that she loved talking to you, then you say I really really enjoyed talking to her, lets do this again. Get phonenumber, email or setup another date. Just listen to her and you'll either be golden or turned off by what she says. Its easy and you may just have a new good friend or a girlfriend out of it.
