Ladies what are your lagging bodyparts.......

Shoulders. I´ll start to think what to do with them (and the rest of the body too) after delivery. I´m going to hospital tomorrow and I really hope I´m back at home next week with the baby! And I hope I´ll recover soon so I can start training again.

Good luck Lady V!! Let us know when you can boy/girl stats, etc!!

LEGS. Just now I can do hardly anything with them, because there's a strange pain in the upper part of my right thigh. There was a time, when I couldn't even do deadlifts. I can work my hamstrings and calfs, but anything resembling squats are totally out of question. Legs have always been my weakest bodypart and now they are even worse. Oddly enough, I have always had muscle in my shoulders, arms and back (especially upper back).

My calves! I have enormous calves that would make a slovakian milkmaid proud. I see guys complaining about their skinny calves and would love to trade. Even when I was skinny when younger I still had disproportionately huge lower legs.

My recent approach has been to do high-rep low-weight soleus exercises (seated press) and weighted standing raises with two low-weight warmup sets. For summer, I'm back to adding running on off-days since that helps.
