Ketogenic?

Im starting my cutting cycle on Monday. I have decided to go with a Ketogenic diet. I have done some research on this diet and it seems popular to consume protein only post workout. I cant get to the gym until 7pm so its near bedtime when I finish and I hate to not add atleast some cottage cheese and flax. Is it a mistake to do so?
 
What are you doing, TKD or CKD? You can actually get into ketosis just fine with 50 gm. of carbs per day. (this can limit the body from using amino acids for gluoconeogenesis)
 
I was gonna go with CKD but because I wont be able to take in anything PWO on the CKD other than protein I am leaning toward the TKD. Do you have a preference from personal experience?

I do a thousand times better with TKD.

But again, this is me. Not everyone functions well in ketosis. Lethargy, brains fuzzies come to mind.
