i have a question that I'm sure most of you can answer. Ok i know when doing cardio they say the first 20 minutes one is burning up glycogen. Anything over 20min and then your body starts burning fat. Now does the 20 min factor decrease if I'm on a keto diet and already showing signs of ketones in my body? If my intake of carbs is already low then wouldn't the glycogen in my body be lower than normal?
