hey guys i started my test ethanate cycle on october 20. Im going to be doing 500 mg a week for 5 weeks, and in week 3 im going to take anavar to cut down. Im currently 18 years old, 170 lbs and about 16% body fat.
My meal plan isnt written down but heres an average day:
Morning: Sausages with egg sandwich
Meal 2: stirfry
Lunch: checken breast sandwich
Meal 4: fish sticks or fresh fish meat (if not fish than chicken)
Dinner: regular dinner
Meal 6: protein shake, peanut butter sandwich.
Is this a good meal plan if i wish to to gain mass yet get cut also? any comments would be appreciated.
Morning = McDonalds
Meal 2 = Panda Express, or some other fast-food-chineese dump at the mall
Lunch = Wendys
Meal 4 = You probably skip it.
Dinner = Whatever mom made, with extra gravy.
Meal 6 = doesn't count if you put vanilla ice cream in your shake, or jelly in your sandwich..
dude 18? and at that weight? cutting? you're the result of your bad habits and now self-image has you reaching for straws. take pride in your work, do it right or keep playing xbox.
