today's diet looks like this:

can't believe i actually took the time to plug in all my food for the day...haven't really done that in a while. i haven't weighed myself in at least 3 weeks either....i'm pretty sure i'm hanging around the 175 area...bf% is prob about 10%. my honeymoon is in exactly 8 weeks i want to look ripped to shreds in the pics my fiance makes me take with her lol. if i can bust my a$$ and get down to 7.5% i'll be set. besides nye i haven't really drank in a while.....and besides my bach party in febuary i prob won;t drunk until my wedding.
my goals .....hmmm obviously i want to look great but i haven't set any near term goals and i think that has affected my training...well i think more so my diet then training. going to cut like a mofo ....and then after the wedding do a nice bulk again for about 3 -4 weeks. i put weight on pretty easily and if i did like a 6-8 week bulk i would get to 200 lbs. i've been at that weight before...it feels like alot to carry around even when i was in shape (10%bf at 200...that's pretty in shape i think)
anyway we'll see what happens....i just have to make sure i keep the anpb away from me before bed
.....almonds seem to be doing the trick lately
