today's diet looks like this:

Alcohol: 0 0 0%

can't believe i actually took the time to plug in all my food for the day...haven't really done that in a while. i haven't weighed myself in at least 3 weeks either....i'm pretty sure i'm hanging around the 175 area...bf% is prob about 10%. my honeymoon is in exactly 8 weeks i want to look ripped to shreds in the pics my fiance makes me take with her lol. if i can bust my a$$ and get down to 7.5% i'll be set. besides nye i haven't really drank in a while.....and besides my bach party in febuary i prob won;t drunk until my wedding.

my goals .....hmmm obviously i want to look great but i haven't set any near term goals and i think that has affected my training...well i think more so my diet then training. going to cut like a mofo ....and then after the wedding do a nice bulk again for about 3 -4 weeks. i put weight on pretty easily and if i did like a 6-8 week bulk i would get to 200 lbs. i've been at that weight before...it feels like alot to carry around even when i was in shape (10%bf at 200...that's pretty in shape i think)

anyway we'll see what happens....i just have to make sure i keep the anpb away from me before bed :evil:.....almonds seem to be doing the trick lately

i did standing ohp's light yesterday against your wishes :evil: i did them light b/c it was very painful putting any stress on the back. i did 95x10 slow and controlled....elbows tucked in tight. did that 4x and then went on some fluff press machines....tried seated db raises but didn't like them at all so i went onto the cables. following that was bent over delts which didn't bother the back so much...and then seated shrugs with 70's. then i stretched and laid on a heating pad for a few hours

goo boy is such a fawking toolbag....i hate him! i want to put his a$$ in a triangle or a kimora and have him tap out!!!
 
for me....2 quarters are pretty light = no stress on lower back. i did 4 sets of 10 pretty easy....could have gotten around 12 or 13 but didn't risk it. if my back is feeling good i'll do 115x6-8 depending on when i do them...if i do them first i'll hit 8...if i do them after side laterals and front raises i'll hit 6

before my injuries i pushed 155x4

Bro.. have you thought about... rather than strictly goin by feel... starting at a number..whether it be 95 or even much, much less... and just building up by five pounds a week and building some momentum and slowly strengthening your back in the process, so that u CAN MAYBE one day get to 155?

I mean the point of working out and/or rehabbing is to get back to, or better than, ur old self, no?

i wish this was true

my condition is is symptematic relief....i cannot fix degeneraitve disks. i have to stretch, do therapy, and get my cortisone shots. i'm afraid that much weight is too much for the back to endure. docs don't even want me lifting but i'll hear none of that...
