todays workout...yes i lifted this morning b/c i'm refinancing my apartment and my closing is at 5:30 tonight...and i knew when i got home around 7 i would not want to hit the gym. i had to drag my ass out of bed at 4:50...uuugggh!!!

****i really want to concerntrate on getting some better definition in my chest so i'm going to do more flyes and crossovers and just one press exercise each chest workout. suggestions are welcome

bent over rows 105x15 115x12 125x10 stopped there ...lower back started hurting again....pisses me off to no end...without lower back injury i could prob be doing 185x5 easy...i've hit that before about 6 years ago...really want to try and get there again. too much stress for the back to handle though even when form is strict and elbows tucked.
