shoulders
- front military presses 95x20, 125x15, 135x12, 145x10, 155x8 did this pretty close grip...elbows tucked in...anteriors were screaming!
- db presses 50x6, 55x6, 60x6, 45x10 used this as a drop set i was surprised how heavy they felt...i kind of rushed into them right after front presses....i think that is why...i waited about 1 1/2 minutes. anyway i thought i would get 50's at least 12x....i think it's also a combo of my diet...weighing around 168. i didn't like the feeling so i'm going to up my carbs a bit and just try and squeeze in a little more cardio.
- side laterals 30x15, 35x12
- one arm cable side laterals 2x15
- smith machine shrugs 135x20, 225x15, 225x15, 255x12 (sarge...back hurt on this even with a belt. my suggestion is stick with upright rows)
abs
- hanging leg reaises 3x15
- rope crunches 3x25
10 minutes elliptical
