yesterday's training!

legs :evil:

- machine squats (supported back) 100x20, 110x20, 120x15, 140x12, 150x10 not really sure how these correlate to real weights but those were the numbers...i know they are def low but not looking to gain strength here...the last set felt very heavy on my knee....any heavier would have been to much stress i think. it's all about hypertrophy righ now.

- leg presses 90x20, 180x15, 230x12, 270x10, 270x10 i def want to get these numbers up as i feel my knee is not that much of an issue on these...

- one leg extensions 2x10 can def tell that my right leg is stronger when i do these together...so i've been isolating them good idea???

- leg curls 2x20

cardio - 10 minutes on stationary.

i have done that before or a gatorade...but i'm absolutely starving after training and the banana in the pwo shake holds me over better

I tried a scoop of choc. whey thismorning in my oats :worried: oh my fawking gawd was it nasty! Needless to say i ended up with cheerios for breakfast lol

i actually like the way they taste in my shake...2 scoops of ON whey vanilla with some oats and an ice cube...perfect!!

Yea but i was cooking the oats on the stove, and threw in scoop..its was nasty! I'll have to try the shake deal~

aaaahhh...apple spice!! very nice!

i'm doing ok tre :) legs are killing me from yesterday's session!! today is shoulders....starting to get pumped up....love training them!

no bus incidents yet this week...but it may be the most nerve racking part of my day lol

yesterdays training

shoulders

- front military presses 95x20, 125x15, 135x12, 145x10, 155x8 did this pretty close grip...elbows tucked in...anteriors were screaming! :evil:

- db presses 50x6, 55x6, 60x6, 45x10 used this as a drop set i was surprised how heavy they felt...i kind of rushed into them right after front presses....i think that is why...i waited about 1 1/2 minutes. anyway i thought i would get 50's at least 12x....i think it's also a combo of my diet...weighing around 168. i didn't like the feeling so i'm going to up my carbs a bit and just try and squeeze in a little more cardio.

- side laterals 30x15, 35x12

- one arm cable side laterals 2x15

- smith machine shrugs 135x20, 225x15, 225x15, 255x12 (sarge...back hurt on this even with a belt. my suggestion is stick with upright rows)

abs

- hanging leg reaises 3x15
- rope crunches 3x25

10 minutes elliptical
