I like doing cardio after legs, like a cool down, 10-20 minutes on the bike or something. I have been known to sprint after legs too :evil: lol
 
you've been known to say thing like i've been known to do this from time to time lol!!

calories are too low....that's my concern....low cals + cutting = muscle loss....don't be afraid of carbs bro esp. in the am and post training.....get em up....3/4th cup oats in the morning, 1 cup post wo....lower your protein, but always have pcf in every meal, exc. nix fats post wo and nix carbs prebed...

good feedback....i'm at about 100g of carbs a day....usually have most of them pwo and in the am...i agree i should be eating more carbs but at the moment i've only been doing about 1-2 hours of cardio a week....if i up my carbs to around 150 i need to do at least 2 hours to continue to see progress in bf...just haven't had the time the past few weeks that is why my carbs have been kept at this level.
 
Howdy JP! You can always try just addin in a scoop of powerade PWO too... T has me hooked on that, taste like a pixy stick :)
