incline pushups to failure
pull downs 140x15 120x12 100x12
seated rows 120x15 100x14 80x13
hammer strength rows 3x15
no cardio....had to meet with my dj last night at 7 so i had no time. training legs tonight....looking forward to it!! i can't wait until after my honeymoon this way i can start progressive lifting again. this 30 sec crap is killing me...but it's def cutting me...my heart rate is up the whole time so i'm getting a double dose of cardio
today's diet
meal 1 1/2 cup of cottage cheese
meal 2 6oz of baked chicken
meal 3 6oz of grilled chicken and beans
meal 4 1 can of tuna
PWO ON whey with 1 banana, strwaberries, blueberries and fat free milk (tastes ridiculous)
meal 5 baked chicken and potato with beans
meal 6 mm shake
