HAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!! THE BEARS FAWKING SUCK!
i'm not sure how everyone did yesterday diet wise but i pigged out big time. meatballs, sausage, chili, smores, brownies, sprite etc. etc. i made sure i hit the gym yesterday hard...woke up and did 20 minutes HIIT and 5 minute cool down period. then about 4 hours later i picked up a jump rope in my apt and did that for 12 minutes...holy shit that was tough!! had to stop a few times to catch my breath.
todays' diet
meal 1 1 cup of cottage cheese
meal 2 2 cups of eggwhites
meal 3 grilled chicken and vegges
meal 4 1 can of tuna
pre workout muscle milk
PWO 2 scoops of whey with a banana
meal 5 grilled chicken and veggies
