well, last night i wasn't feeling great at all after all that sugar i ate. i haven't pigged out like that in a long time. it was fun while it lasted....back now into the real world. today i feel great! can't wait to hit chest and back tonight and then relax and watch 24 with the lady.

side note: i need to snack on something before bed that will fill me up and is not calorie dense. almonds do not do the trick...i end up eating more then i should alot of times...or if i don't i'm still hungry. i'm thinking about maybe switching my preworkout shake (muscle milk) to my prebedtime snack and not eating anything pre-workout except for a can of tuna a few hours before. thoughts anyone?
 
I wouldnt switch the shakes, Can you double up on the (or ADD) veggies?

Maybe look to the entire DAY's intake not just the last meal i.e.


meal 1 1 cup of cottage cheese (add meat or protein powder??)
meal 2 2 cups of eggwhites (add veggies or something else here)
meal 3 grilled chicken and vegges
meal 4 1 can of tuna (more veggie or a healthy fat)
pre workout muscle milk
PWO 2 scoops of whey with a banana
meal 5 grilled chicken and veggies
add a meal 6 of 2 oz of almonds or nuts, 3 tbsp pb etc

that's what i think i'm going to do....i have enough energy in the gym from caffeine anyway. i eat my tuna around 4pm...i lift around 5:45pm

bunz...i was thinking about adding veggies with my almonds before bed but then in combo i'd be comsuming about 25g of carbs before bed. i used to chow down on carrots....not much in there
 
I like bunny's plan... Of course, i was going to mention something about the diet too :)

before bed, as long as it's not a whole potato i don't think the 25grams of carbs from teh fats will hurt you... the fats slow it down digestively any way.

IMO you are not eating enough during the day with those meals .. they seem like they are missing something...
Also, you can eat 10 cups of broc before bed if you wanted to ...
just stay away from the taters, oats, pasta right before bed etc unless you're training in the evening, which I even think you are, so you COULD throw in a 4 oz tato AFTER your shake and BEFORE you fat meal (meal 6) and be fine

probably feel better too
 
also, I think the carb rotation is finally having it's affect on your hunger... you can adjust the meals, or deal with it.. also carrots, noooooooooooooooo, NOT BEFORE BED .. they have plenty of health benefits, but for a cutting diet, if you must, early in the day... choose green veggies, broc, green beans, spinach and eat plenty of it... unlimited if you will, unless you get gassy and your fiance gets pissed :D

WELL A BIG BOOOOOOYA!!!! TO YOU BUNZ!!! I'LL TRY AND ADD MORE TO EACH MEAL THROUGHOUT THE DAY.

MEAL 5 ...WHICH IS AFTRE MY PWO SHAKE.... I USUALLY HAVE CHICKEN VEGGIES AND WILD RICE BUT THEN I'M STARVING AGAIN ABOUT AN HOUR LATER WHEN IT'S TIME FOR MY FAT + PROTEIN MEAL (MEAL 6) MOST TIMES ALMONDS DON'T CUT IT....I'LL ADD SOME VEGGIE SIN THERE AND SEE IF THAT HOLDS UP

SHE ALREADY HATES ME...I'M NOT ALLOWED BROC OR BEANS SHE SAYS HAHAHA. MY GAS IS SO BAD EVEN MY DOGS STARTS BARKING...I SWARE TO GAWD!

stick to the green beans then lol

maybe try a tato (baking or sweet, mix it up is you want) , better choice than rice IMO but dont ask me why right now, also try adding more food thru out the day and let me know if the hunger persists.
