well, last night i wasn't feeling great at all after all that sugar i ate. i haven't pigged out like that in a long time. it was fun while it lasted....back now into the real world. today i feel great! can't wait to hit chest and back tonight and then relax and watch 24 with the lady.*Bunny* said:Nice pig out my friend how are you feeling today? side note: i need to snack on something before bed that will fill me up and is not calorie dense. almonds do not do the trick...i end up eating more then i should alot of times...or if i don't i'm still hungry. i'm thinking about maybe switching my preworkout shake (muscle milk) to my prebedtime snack and not eating anything pre-workout except for a can of tuna a few hours before. thoughts anyone?
