al- my chest is one of my weak points b/c of my shoulder injury....in order for me to get a half way decent workout is by sheer volume training and through slow and concentric reps.
the reason my diet is so on point is b/c of my injuries and lack of options when it comes to training. it's been a pretty good balance for me so far and i'm a little amazed at how true the saying "diet is everything" is. ...but i'm def miserable for another 4 weeks. (with a cheat meal here and there
