thx tre...no matter how hard i try it will never look as good as your though :)

al- my chest is one of my weak points b/c of my shoulder injury....in order for me to get a half way decent workout is by sheer volume training and through slow and concentric reps.

the reason my diet is so on point is b/c of my injuries and lack of options when it comes to training. it's been a pretty good balance for me so far and i'm a little amazed at how true the saying "diet is everything" is. ...but i'm def miserable for another 4 weeks. (with a cheat meal here and there :evil: )

Thanks J.. So I knocked the PB down the disposal monday and thought about you! LOL No more PB exists around me!
I'm suprised you didn't have any ironic stories that happened around the Superbowl?!?

yesterdays training

legz

squats on smith machine- tried 185 and the weight was just too heavy on my back so i just left plates on and kept repping out for like 6 sets. i wasn't even counting i just kept doing them until i almost passed out from exhaustion.

leg press 3x12,10,8

leg ext 3x12,10,8

leg curls 3x12,10,8

calves on leg press 4 sets with 4 plates on each side. 12-15 reps

today's diet

meal 1 1/2 cup of cottage cheese
meal 2 2 cups of egg whites
meal 3 8oz of tilapia and 1 med apple
meal 4 forgot my can of tuna today so i have no clue...maybe some trail mix or skip
PWO On whey shake with blueberries, strawberries, banana, and fat free milk
meal 5 12oz steak (eating out with dad....this place we're going has no veggies :()
meal 6 MM

****this friday i have my bach party in atlantic city so i will be drinking and eating like a whore. i deserve it :) going to try and hit arms on friday morning 5AM ...even though i know that it is going to be a challenge. or i can just hit them tomorrow night and then hit them up normal next friday. haven't decided yet....

my life lately has been pretty uneventful....although i did hold the door open for goo boy last week and he mustered up a thank you. lol

let's see...superbowl....hmmmmm....oh i had bad chronic gas from eating my best friend's chili and cleared out the living room.....and i also used my fiance's back as a snack tray. i think i have a picture of that...i'll post when i get a second.
 
yesterdays training

shoulders 30 sec rest between sets

standing ohp 95x14 85x10 65x15 tweaked my neck on the last rep i think of the 3rd set....fawking killing me today!!!

db press 55x10 45x11 40x10 once again completely fatigued and out of breath after ohps.

side laterals 30x15 25x15 20x15

seated rope high pulls 3x15 ***my gym doesn;t have a peck deck for rear delts so i tried this....worked great. will incorporate these weekly

db shrugs 70x15 75x15 80x15

no time for cardio again....dinner with pop dukes! had a 12oz steak with some potatoes....then cam home and felt since i already cheated on my diet might as well go fro broke. had 2 bowls of granola cereal and then 4 tbsp of cinnamon swirl peanut butter from the peanut butter co.

today hitting arms instead of tomorrow b/c i have my bach party tomorrow and i don;t want to skip a workout. following that i will do 30 minutes of elliptical.

Another way to hit the rear delts would be bent over DB's if u wanted to try that... u can do it sitting down too.

hahaha...yep. 2 idiots lol. basically on the 3rd set i was out of breath and the lactic acid built up in the front dealts was sickening...the last 2 or 3 reps i kind of jolted it up which is why my neck feels someone put it in a vice. can't wait to stop this 30 sec b.s.

i sometimes do them standing...sometimes seated...sometimes on an incline bench...and sometimes with high cables....sort of like a reverse crossover. but i feel like the seated rope rows worked the best in abscence of a peck deck. god i hate my gym!!!!!!!!

my meal was excellent....would have been ideal if i was on a bulk :rolleyes:

i'll pay for it today is my cal intake is going to be around 1700. low cal low carb day after last nights feast.

meal 1 1/4 cup of cottage cheese
meal 2 1 3/4 cups of eggwhites
meal 3 8oz of boars head turkey breast (yeah i know...all i had to bring today)
meal 4 can of tuna
pwo on whey shake with 1/2 cup of oats
meal 5 baked chicken breast, salad with 1 tbsp on balsmic vinegrette, and green beans
meal 6...tbd. maybe 1oz of almonds
