My doc told me at that point I would be a candidate for HRT and gave me a local Endo's name - never used it as I am self employed and crap like that costs $1000 easy in doc visits before you get anything decent.

You need to get your blood work done and specifically ask about your free test levels. If they are low put yourself on HRT - if you can easily get a script do it, but buying from pharmacies is really expensive IMO.
def something to consider bro...i do think i have an extremely hard time putting on muscle...while i can put on junk weight extremely easy. i have an addictive peronality and if i start cycling test i may never come off haha. thanks for the advice brutha...some good info up in here!
 
LOW TEST IS VERY COMMON.....Its gona be 6 months for me to get into an endo for him to tell me that and give me the dumb wssted patch......SO, I'm taking into my owns hands....running this pct, wait till a special day in Fenraru and then blowing the doors off......Sarge, you weren't fat compared to what might happen to me....not fat per say, but from 160 to 200 (my goal) it's gonna be some fat.......from 2950 cals to 4500 will prob send me into the depression state from hell..


thank god Im stiackd on Xanax....going to the store now to get a boat lod of big tees and sweats.....no bully buldging....first time I will have lost my abs (I HOPE I CAN HOLD onto TWO!) for years, but what is the definition of insanity???? Doing te same thing over and over and over with the same results....skipping am cardio did NTHING......just a point that cardio has very very very little of anything to do with this equation.....


MAYBE the final 5 weeks, but no more than that......
 
JK, i'm not fat compared to 98% of the population, lol... but by "Bodybuilding's" standpoint... yup, I am.

My pecs/moobs stick out farther than my stomach still, so I'm actually not see as "fat" by anyone but myself in my own little "world." And to those whom I let in that little world here online, lol.

JK you'll do it... just a completely different mind set and goals... you'll focus on strength and weight gain. You'll be able to do it noproblem once you're focus on that goal.

JPT: :evil: hit the juicy juice... You KNOW you want to. you can't lift heavy-heavy (or that be your focus cuz of ur back), so may as well get growth from other stimulus.
 
jp YOUR HOT and have nothing to worry about my friend. I guess it is like a woman saying she needs to be smaller (if I am making any sense) so I understand, however, from your pics, and I am not shitting you or "just saying it" you look AMAZING!
 
Depression, general malaise, fatigue, increase body fat, an inability to gain muscle, low energy can all be symptoms of low test. All HRT should do is bring you up to where you should be. Still takes hard work to build muscle.
Low test can also lead to Type II diabetes, and sleep apnea. It's also a risk factor for heart disease due to problematic lipid levels. Best to get tested, anyways

seeing your abs dissappear is tough but deal with it...it's necessary to bulk up...and yeah post a pic! let us judge

ck...thx for your flaterry much appreciated :) i'm working hard...toughest part is not the training....it's holding myself from eating lat night after my last meal....alot of times i'm still hungry..i hate going to bed like that!

standing ohp 95x15 85x12 65x14
hammer strength press 3x12 i think i rested about 20 sec btwn sets on this
reverse flyes on incline bench 25x15 20x15 15x15
side lateral cables 3x15
db shrugs 80x15 75x15 75x15

ab work

20 mintutes elliptical


tonight is 45 minutes cardio...not looking forward to it

side note********i just now realized i have not worked calves in over a week....fawking mental lapse in the gym or something..weird. i'll hit these up tonight even though my calves won't ever grow for shit!
