lol Im not pissed. I could never take what someone said on a forum personally or be offended by it. After you find the spot in your hand where they wont slip it wont tear them up that bad. Finding the right spot in your hand for them will take awhile but when you do you will know it and be able to close more. I use my other hand to "set it. What am I working today? Community Service :) All day. I got like 32 hours to do in like 4 days.... its going to suck exspecially after easter. This is in a diffrent county then the place I just went to court for. I might not workout and do back and legs this weekend to keep from drinking heavily. MY anti drug like you said...and it is. Back doesnt feel bad today. I thought I might not be able to stand but it just feels like a bruise I think from the Water jet hitting it so hard for so long. I think it broke some blood vessels. haha. Oh well felt goood at the time. Have a good one bro.
 
Did legs & shoulders today. I've said before, I only lift at home, so the only leg work I do is Squats, & calves every 3rd workout. Finding my range with squats. I didn't lose as much strength as I thought I did. Sometimes I do the one legged deadlift.
Did back & arms 2 days ago, feel niiiiiiiiiice & tight.
Went for my first bike ride of the season yesterday. Nice little 20 minute ride. Down to the University tomorrow to watch the scenery :p .

haha its all good. Dullboy is halarious and is only beat by bigdracker. I got delts today. Because I am trying to get as much mass in my shoulders its all power lifting. Standing military press. Cleans. feels good.Then Tommarow back.....got a new exercise I am going to try.
 
i cant think of the name. Its when you do scull crushers but with your lats. Instead of coming down on your forehead you keep your arms more straight and go far behind your head....I dunno just wanted to try it out. I used to do it with a dumbelll but thats more for your chest area and streching.
