I had back today.......I tired some new styles and ways of lifting... We will see how that goes. Still have good progress.....exspecially considering my diet lately. :rolleyes: End of semester and trying to get all my shit in=not much sleep and a whole lotta work. Summer about to start and that means MONEY to spend of healthy food/suppelments. NOt only that I find it easier to diet when I am on a set routine with work. Work-Get off eat-nap-workout-have fun with girl-bed. Unlike school witch is School-maybe homework-Maybe eat if time permits-maybe hang with buddies-maybe more homework-Maybe some sleep. It just works easier for me when I am working.

Isnt it a great feeling getting over issues or problems. When I quit getting pain in skull crushers...my tris blew up and now are my strong point.... ;)

well I had an awesome workout the reverse pull ups were killer but I finished them, then I realized half way through my DB flys I had one 25 pound weight and one 20 weight, duh!!!! No cardio tonight but my goal is to get up at 5:00 am and do it and then again tomorrow night! We shall see.

You can do 25 pound dumbell flys...impressive. haha.. but when you grab the wrong weights you do feel kinda stupid. I just hate the people that leave them laying around or put them back all fucked up. :chomp: I tryd doing the 2 a days...cardio am workout PM. You will feel great but its a lot of time. Thats why now I just give my dog a short run and hit the gym. Going back and forth from the gym 2 times a day was wearing me out.

i'm on a hiatus this week... i'm too involved in my new golf game, and felt like i needed a break from the gym anyhow...

That is exactly what happened my husband and I sat there trying to figure out where all the weights went! well woke up late, but I am still going to do cardio this morning!

You go girl!!! 25 lb flyes? NICE ck ... Full ROM I hope??? Bring those babies FULL extension and SSQQUUUUEZE at the top ... I just bumped to 35's myself ... compared to the other ladies I am weak, bump my lifts keep increasing, I'm cutting (on 2K some odd cals lol), losing fat, and shredding up ... can't complain ... :)

Keep up the great work!!! We need some updated pics girl ... been awhile ... need to peep the progress :)

The pics come tonight! and thank you It was the Full ROM which made me laugh cause I guess I am stronger than I thought...

I tried the AM cardio, it sucked! I only did 15 minutes and I was pushing myself, but I am going to do the full monty tonight and try again tomorrow morning!
 
Wow....I never see girls lift much more then 15s when doing flys at my gym. Some are fitness models. Although there is one bitch there that makes me look like a silly bitch...you should hear her voice.....hehehe
