6 pack would be nice. I think i will have a strong somewhat defined one. MM107- I will have clen in my PCT. Shits so cheap. Well I mian in the future I wouldnt mine being about 260-15%.but thats maybe in my late 20's goal. My stomach is much more defined with my diet as of now. And its not all that clean. Its funny. I go completely clean.counting cals. wating every 2 hours.. and I get down to 197 and keep about the same weights. I eat a little dirty but pretty clean and eat what I feel that I need. And I stay at 197 but can lift heavier by the day. Thats just me though. Proboly being 19 my body can handel a little more shit then others. MY body doesnt gain real fast but what it does it seems to keep. I have been getting A LOT of compliments lately and that always makes me feel good. When the AS starts I wil be eating around 3000-3500 clean cals a day. Wont be cheating that much at all.

Soon enough... and my left hand sucks in general... probably from being taught mixed grip back in highschool and using it for pulling ever since... damnit.

I added simple wrist curls to my workout routine. And that helped me finally concqour my 250. Plus its easy because you can get a wicked forarm workout and PUMP within like 10 min...not even. I just add it at the end of a delt/bi/back workout. Enojy
 
TROUBLE IN HICKLAND!
Fuckin was doing some dumbell bench press tonight. I was on my last set and going all out. A good bro at my gym saw I needed a spot and got over me. I decided sense I finally have a spot I was going to go all out and hit one more. Lowered slowely getting ready to explode....and did. after half way up I got a HUGE pop in my lower left back. Got the lift up and put down the weights. I dont know what the fuck happened. I never usally arch my back benching but i dont remember. It just feels funny and tight right now. Hope this doesnt fuck me up. DAMNIT :worried:
 
Oh shit... be careful with it from now on.. or get it checked out.

I had issues today on incline DB presses...80's... popped 'em back "semi" into place couldn't get them past that sticky point at the bottom into starting position so like an IDIOT ... i tweaked my back sideways to get under one side at a time and was like FUCK and just got up and put them back... thankfully no "pop" though... damnit man, we need spotters!!!!!
 
thats crazy. Wow. Same weights same type of workout. BUt I got fucked up. Scary. Although I just sat in the hottub for about 30 min with the BIG jet on my back. Felt exactly the muscle that was tweaked. I think i will be alright
Will take it easy on the squats/deadlifts this week if I do them at all. I might do just isolation work and no more power exercises.

that's sssssstrange... wow, oh you bastard that's awesome though, hot tub action. Make it an ICE tub and that would be clutch for after some hard workouts.

best bet is, if you need a spotter doing dumbbells, you're doing too much weight... it's good to have one there, but if you need help even getting the first one up, go down...
 
i hit shoulders today and did dumbbell presses...

5x5 with 25, 40, 55, 70, 85 - only got 4 with this...

wide grip barbell rows 3x10 with 60, 70, 80...

dumbbell shrugs 3x10 with 75's...

then finished it off with 3 sets up wide grip pullups for back...

25 minutes, in and out...!
 
A spot is always good to have. Sometimes the first rep is hard because the weights are close to your body and in a bad position. I might need a little help getting the first one but then can crank out 4-5 good heavy ones with little assistance. But I know what you mean. But that is why I go heavy with dumbells becuase if you dont have a spot with dumbells you can always drop them. Now with a barbell you can be in a sticky situation.
 
Last night at the gym, the high school crew was there... takin up space, the string beans hanging with the 'leader of the pack' dude ... standing in front of me when I'm trying to focus on form and SEE the muscles working ... I never get frustrated usually but I was about to throw the DB at two of the kids and say "Do you mind, I'm training here?!?!?"

Anyway .. The two stronger guys of the group, one of which was about 5'5, the other 5'6 ish started grabbing the DBs for some chest ... first was the 80s I think ... eventually picked up the 100's for some Incline Bench ... ripped um out... **BOOM** weights dropping everywhere with every set... grabs the 105's.... same thing... grabs the 110's, 5 reps full ROM, I mean I could NOT believe it... I have to ask how long it took him to work up to 110's.... when he told me he was 16 y.o. I almost shite....his friend was 'just turned' 17 ...

I sat there and watched, little pressure of course :evil: , better not arch that back ... better get those full ROM, 5 reps ... I have never seen that in this gym ... from a friggin 16 year old...

It's not that I need help getting it up to the top of the movement i need help getting a heavy ass dumbell passed my delt level and below.

Maybe I have learned a shitty way of starting over the years, i dunno... but it sucks now that I'm going heavier.

I pop them back with my knees and bring them up.. but that "up" position is too low for me to muscle them forward.

I dunno... just typing "out loud."

I'm going to practice in my basement and see how I can improve my "start up" for the big DB's.

I think I just figured it out... i bring them ALL the way back, that's my problem, ok... think i got it... i'll let u guys know how it goes Chest Round 2 in a few days :)

lol Im not pissed. I could never take what someone said on a forum personally or be offended by it. After you find the spot in your hand where they wont slip it wont tear them up that bad. Finding the right spot in your hand for them will take awhile but when you do you will know it and be able to close more. I use my other hand to "set it. What am I working today? Community Service :) All day. I got like 32 hours to do in like 4 days.... its going to suck exspecially after easter. This is in a diffrent county then the place I just went to court for. I might not workout and do back and legs this weekend to keep from drinking heavily. MY anti drug like you said...and it is. Back doesnt feel bad today. I thought I might not be able to stand but it just feels like a bruise I think from the Water jet hitting it so hard for so long. I think it broke some blood vessels. haha. Oh well felt goood at the time. Have a good one bro.
 
Did legs & shoulders today. I've said before, I only lift at home, so the only leg work I do is Squats, & calves every 3rd workout. Finding my range with squats. I didn't lose as much strength as I thought I did. Sometimes I do the one legged deadlift.
Did back & arms 2 days ago, feel niiiiiiiiiice & tight.
Went for my first bike ride of the season yesterday. Nice little 20 minute ride. Down to the University tomorrow to watch the scenery :p .

haha its all good. Dullboy is halarious and is only beat by bigdracker. I got delts today. Because I am trying to get as much mass in my shoulders its all power lifting. Standing military press. Cleans. feels good.Then Tommarow back.....got a new exercise I am going to try.
 
i cant think of the name. Its when you do scull crushers but with your lats. Instead of coming down on your forehead you keep your arms more straight and go far behind your head....I dunno just wanted to try it out. I used to do it with a dumbelll but thats more for your chest area and streching.

I used to do them every back day... back in the day.

I recomend dumbells hold like single DB overhead Tri Press... grab something light to get used to the form, then go heavy... squeeze lats and chest hard at the "bottom" (in space it's the top) of the movement.
 
Yea I used to do them with dumbells and quit for whatever reason. Bunny is a rediculous at finding good links......it blows my mind. Its like she is a personalized google. Unreal. Thanks though and thats what I was talking about. Kinda hard to explain. Well I will have to do Delts and Lats on mon and tues because Gym is closed....stressed me out. Its been real nice out. Playin basketball and Disc Golf Jet sking will be my cardio in the summer. This reminds me. THE ONLY thing that will get my ENTIRE back from low to top is a STAND UP JET SKI. Its like the sorest chest workout X2. All the rough water and fighting against for hours is amazing. Cant wait to go play around.
 
So today my husband and I ran around a lake by our house today. 5km, now last year I couldn't make it all the way around, had to stop several times and could barely breath. Well today I could of gone around it twice and I didn't even break a sweat going around it once! I love it. Day like these shows what good diet and exercise are all about. Not to mention my family all commented on how good I looked (which makes me wonder how bad I looked before) but whatever! Then I had a killer arm workout today, you can see the veins in my arms now!

What a great day!

On Easter, well that is still activity!

One of my kids puked all day and I am surprised the other three didn't everytime I turned around they had chocolate shoved in their mouth but with so many relatives over it was hard to keep track of who was giving what to who!
 
My weekend diet and workouts went down the shitter. I eat whatever was cooked and the gym was closed and had plenty of drinks. I will get back on of course tommarow. Cant wait for summer because it will be easier to eat right when working instead of school. It least I dominated in arm wrestling at the parties. :) Havent done that in years. Grips helped forarm stregnth for sure. It doesnt matter if you are running around a lake. Lifting something that people wouldnt think you could. win something as stupid as arm wrestling. or look better in the mirror it FEELS GOOD.

haha. Like i said its all about balance. I lift and diet to look good for myself. I enjoy a social life as well. I wouldnt be happy if I was as strict as the Hardcore on here. Its just not for me right now. MY balance is working for me now ad thats what matters. I am having progress just at a slower rate and I am fine with that. I havent been drinking near ANYTHING like I used to - Fri-Sunday About a 5th of whiskey a night with a couple beers. Now its just a couple light beers and thats it USALLY. Plus I need to find myself a girl for when I start my test e.....:)
 
I had back today.......I tired some new styles and ways of lifting... We will see how that goes. Still have good progress.....exspecially considering my diet lately. :rolleyes: End of semester and trying to get all my shit in=not much sleep and a whole lotta work. Summer about to start and that means MONEY to spend of healthy food/suppelments. NOt only that I find it easier to diet when I am on a set routine with work. Work-Get off eat-nap-workout-have fun with girl-bed. Unlike school witch is School-maybe homework-Maybe eat if time permits-maybe hang with buddies-maybe more homework-Maybe some sleep. It just works easier for me when I am working.

well I had an awesome workout the reverse pull ups were killer but I finished them, then I realized half way through my DB flys I had one 25 pound weight and one 20 weight, duh!!!! No cardio tonight but my goal is to get up at 5:00 am and do it and then again tomorrow night! We shall see.

You can do 25 pound dumbell flys...impressive. haha.. but when you grab the wrong weights you do feel kinda stupid. I just hate the people that leave them laying around or put them back all fucked up. :chomp: I tryd doing the 2 a days...cardio am workout PM. You will feel great but its a lot of time. Thats why now I just give my dog a short run and hit the gym. Going back and forth from the gym 2 times a day was wearing me out.

That is exactly what happened my husband and I sat there trying to figure out where all the weights went! well woke up late, but I am still going to do cardio this morning!

I just bumped to 35's myself ... compared to the other ladies I am weak, bump my lifts keep increasing, I'm cutting (on 2K some odd cals lol), losing fat, and shredding up ... can't complain ... :)

The pics come tonight! and thank you It was the Full ROM which made me laugh cause I guess I am stronger than I thought...

I tried the AM cardio, it sucked! I only did 15 minutes and I was pushing myself, but I am going to do the full monty tonight and try again tomorrow morning!
 
Wow....I never see girls lift much more then 15s when doing flys at my gym. Some are fitness models. Although there is one bitch there that makes me look like a silly bitch...you should hear her voice.....hehehe

I am a fitness model (HA HA in my dreams, or in my husbands, hee hee) I actually thought I should of been lifting more at the point, but I am now pretty proud of my progress!

As far as my back workout....felt good. Didnt try that new lift but I am starting to try pryamid training with my back. Start real slow and light. gradually work up the wieght and then back down. Felt better then ever before. Still my inner back is real sore-lower traps area with slight soreness in lats...but that is much better then usual. Pisses me off because I jsut cant seem to get my Bicieps from doing some of the work. Exspecially with good form....Er. Outta creatine as well. I dont know if I will ever do it again. Food is my best suppelment. The more I eat the more I lift. Period. It doesnt seem to matter what I eat I havent put on any more fat and am getting much stronger.... prob has something to do with being 19...i dunno. I dont go nuts with fats or carbs.. but I have a fair share. Cardio seems to do the most changes. And with working construction this summer I should have plenty of cardio throught the day. CK....yea im taking time off of welding :)

Thanks, I am trying! :heart: Good job on not putting on more fat! I am glad to hear your taking time off welding, have you worked contruction before, what type, road, houses? It is a good start to getting into a different trade.

I rather be outside in the sun burning calories. I have never done donstruction before but I am very mechanical... how I got some scholarships.. So I am sure it wont be to hard to get a job. I dont care if is road or framming houses lanscapping. Whatever. long as it pays at least 15$/hr

Had Bis/Tris today. Bis still a little sore from yesterday but now both muscle groupes are devestaded. Great workout but took awhile to get a good pump. Stronger then ever. Feels great.

I rather be outside in the sun burning calories. I have never done donstruction before but I am very mechanical... how I got some scholarships.. So I am sure it wont be to hard to get a job. I dont care if is road or framming houses lanscapping. Whatever. long as it pays at least 15$/hr
Welding is a very useful skill, but a career in it is definately not healthy. I have a friend who's been a welder for 15 yrs. His lungs R phukd. Too bad to, 'cause he's under 40.
 
Ya its made me a decent living comming outta high school. Making 13 an hour right after my senior year was much greater then the kids working at McD's. But yes you do get burns, cuts, inhales horrible chemicals. Sometimes after work if feels like you smoked a carton of Marbro Reds. BUt I dont think my lungs have any damage yet :) hopefully. Well time to go get a job and homework. Got Legs today :) Squatin heavy.

So, howz everyone doing?
I blew my diet yesterday. Horsehoe banquet, then my lovely niece's Stag & Doe. She marrying a swell Spud, from PEI. Ate & drank too much. Won lotsa loot at games & door prizes.
Goin for a workout now. Can't decide between gym & weights (at home), maybe a bike ride if it stops raining.
Down another pound. Another pound & it'll be my lowest weight in 4 yrs. 14 pds, & it'll be my lowest in 22 yrs. That's my target weight, while being my strongest ever.

They have bag tourney's around here .. my old friends are crazy when it comes to that stuff... those should be fun in the summer if I ever decide to go hang out & not be a hermit. :D

I am in Ohio right now partied hard last night.... oh well. My legs are real sore from fridays squats....didnt miss one day this week. I did about 6 sets working up to only 215 but going ass to legs. Really got all my muslce sore. Feels good considering I didnt do any more on my legs. Im tired. Hope all is going well with everyone. Sarge you close that COC 2 yet big dawg?

Yo, City! Good to see someone's alive around here, rather than just our mentor/conscience(Bunnykins).
I did squats yesterday too. Working on up to my previous level. This new workout progam is gettin me back.
 
haha ya Im always around. With so much going on in my life right now its hard to make time keeping up with my diet let alone recording all of it. My legs are more sore then they have ever been....ever. I think from now on I am going to be doing 5-6 sets every squat day from now on. Time for a nap then school.

Thanks Bun, Ulter got me squared away (I think). I'll see what UPS brings me. Diet's going well. Has always been an issue with me. The best thing I can exercise right now is self restraint. The planning ahead part for macronutrients is tricky, for now. Getting there.

Alright time for chest day. I am done with creatine and havent lost any gains..... I dont know if I will ever use it again. Summer is here so BF has to go down. I admagine with my diet as it is now I will loose more BF do to the fact that I am HIGHLY active during the summer and should burn more cals. But man I love being out in the warm weather.... nice to be able to go to the gym in the same shit I workout in..instead of changing.
