I used to do them every back day... back in the day.

I recomend dumbells hold like single DB overhead Tri Press... grab something light to get used to the form, then go heavy... squeeze lats and chest hard at the "bottom" (in space it's the top) of the movement.
 
Yea I used to do them with dumbells and quit for whatever reason. Bunny is a rediculous at finding good links......it blows my mind. Its like she is a personalized google. Unreal. Thanks though and thats what I was talking about. Kinda hard to explain. Well I will have to do Delts and Lats on mon and tues because Gym is closed....stressed me out. Its been real nice out. Playin basketball and Disc Golf Jet sking will be my cardio in the summer. This reminds me. THE ONLY thing that will get my ENTIRE back from low to top is a STAND UP JET SKI. Its like the sorest chest workout X2. All the rough water and fighting against for hours is amazing. Cant wait to go play around.
 
So today my husband and I ran around a lake by our house today. 5km, now last year I couldn't make it all the way around, had to stop several times and could barely breath. Well today I could of gone around it twice and I didn't even break a sweat going around it once! I love it. Day like these shows what good diet and exercise are all about. Not to mention my family all commented on how good I looked (which makes me wonder how bad I looked before) but whatever! Then I had a killer arm workout today, you can see the veins in my arms now!

What a great day!

On Easter, well that is still activity!

One of my kids puked all day and I am surprised the other three didn't everytime I turned around they had chocolate shoved in their mouth but with so many relatives over it was hard to keep track of who was giving what to who!
 
My weekend diet and workouts went down the shitter. I eat whatever was cooked and the gym was closed and had plenty of drinks. I will get back on of course tommarow. Cant wait for summer because it will be easier to eat right when working instead of school. It least I dominated in arm wrestling at the parties. :) Havent done that in years. Grips helped forarm stregnth for sure. It doesnt matter if you are running around a lake. Lifting something that people wouldnt think you could. win something as stupid as arm wrestling. or look better in the mirror it FEELS GOOD.

haha. Like i said its all about balance. I lift and diet to look good for myself. I enjoy a social life as well. I wouldnt be happy if I was as strict as the Hardcore on here. Its just not for me right now. MY balance is working for me now ad thats what matters. I am having progress just at a slower rate and I am fine with that. I havent been drinking near ANYTHING like I used to - Fri-Sunday About a 5th of whiskey a night with a couple beers. Now its just a couple light beers and thats it USALLY. Plus I need to find myself a girl for when I start my test e.....:)
