My weekend diet and workouts went down the shitter. I eat whatever was cooked and the gym was closed and had plenty of drinks. I will get back on of course tommarow. Cant wait for summer because it will be easier to eat right when working instead of school. It least I dominated in arm wrestling at the parties.
Havent done that in years. Grips helped forarm stregnth for sure. It doesnt matter if you are running around a lake. Lifting something that people wouldnt think you could. win something as stupid as arm wrestling. or look better in the mirror it FEELS GOOD.
