My buddy can curl 135 on a oly. Although he is a 6 3' 260lbs and a great athlete. I can curl105 without much slop and I need to set my goals high. I finally got a routine that I can get my biceips in shock and get KILLER pump and ever sense I have been getting noticable stronger by the week it seems. Althouhg I have not lost a ton of weight...around 10 lbs in 2 months. I have still added a good amount of weight to all my lifts.
 
Tell me how hard that Number 2 is. I am told It might be even alittle harder then a 250. So I might order the 2 and 3.
 
Chest is looking way better than before... long ways til' where I want to be though... know what I mean!

My chest actually looks way smaller, lol... had alot of man boob fat going on there before! Outer pecs are way more develop than inner... that's a focus still for me.

Yeah I put up the 80's at the end of my chest workout last time for 3 or 4 reps I dunno... never gone heavier cuz I (basically) never have a spotter.

I'll have to get my chest warmed up and try to hit the heavy one's in the begining sometime.

Hick do you have a goal right now? I'm curious... if you're working on leaning out... or you're back to just getting big while not getting too fat?

Im not really cutting or bulking. Im trying to do both. I know people go its almost impossible to get stronger and loose fat. Its easier to do cutting then bulking. But I have had success and it just takes longer. That way I keep with it. And when I get my AS they should just speed things up a little bit. I dont really care to be ripped. And i dont wanna be a powerlifter either. A good in the middle. Powerful with definition really. Maybe 12% at about 215lbs.
 
Gotcha... yeah it definetly takes longer... and with the more muscle you have the more calories you'll burn.

You'll get there... I can't wait to have a 6 pack for the first time in my life, lol.... I need to aquire it and take pictures of it at least once, lol... we'll see where I go from there.. probably bulking, but more controled "dirty"/clean bulk.
