PRs this week have been
95X5 skull crushers. Last one needed a little help
my 250lb handgrip I know it might sound gay but thats huge for me.
Military press 140..legit all the way down to colloar bone.

Now its time for the rest of the week. I Think im going to for all PRS this week. I feel to good and powerful. Its funny I feel like i got someting back in the gym. For awhile it started just feeling like work and I wasnt enjoing it as much. I got back into the gym because I have some "anger/temper issues" as some people like to call them and it helps me vent.But then after i Got over my ex and all that jail bullshit I was kinda happy and just didnt have the intesity i did. But now I do what I used to do in contact sports/fighting/lifting. When I am about to lift I breathe heavy. and think of that feeling right before I punch someone in the face and the adrealine i get is AMAZING. Either that or think of someone punching my mother in the face.....I just loose it and take out all that energy on the weights and it feels great.

I never said you were crazy ... what ever gets you going is what matters ... I just lol'd when I read that is all ... :)

I try not to *think* about anything, but that just doesn't happen in Bunny land these days... If I think too much I lose focus & my workouts suffer (well not really, but aren't as GOOD as they should have been) ... I'm usually just in the zone, IPOD cranked & tearin' it up ... My focus is me, the weights, those striations I see popping, the cuts I see forming & whatever else my instincts lead me to do ...

Only time I tend to let the 'problems' or daily frustrations seep into my mind is when I'm running ... pound the pavement & leave those issues in the dust ... at least, I try to.
 
Chest and back work out
(supersets) Do one rep of one exercise and go immediately to the other and do a rep of next exercise until all sets are done. Rest for 3 minutes, go onto the next set of exercises.

(4 sets of 15)

Lat pull downs= 65
Incline Bench Press = bar

Negative lat pull ups = body weight
DB incline chest press = 15

Seated Row = 50
Peck deck = 65


Still not as strong as I know I can be but will get it back! She is not going to do body fat until next week, cause she realizes the #'s will not be right. She says from this workout I am going to look hot for the summer so here's hoping! I also do legs twice a week so that should be fun! :) Diet is the same. What is nice is less time with the weights.
