i punked out on the 5x5 this week...
i'm just feeling lame, so i did some different exercises today...
leg press 5x5 of 270, 360, 450, 540, 630 - last set was pretty heavy...
incline dumbbell press 5x5 of 40, 55, 70, 85, 100 - last set was not even heavy, i could have pumped out 3-4 more...
dumbbell lat rows 5x5 of 30, 45, 60, 75, 90 - last set was same as above...
cable crossover 2x10 of 40...
lat pull down to forehead with rope - 2x10 of 100, 80...
i'll do another homemade version on Thursday and Saturday, and get back on the 5x5 next week...
i think i'm thinking about golf too much, and it's taken over my existance for the time being...
