Good for you! I like to do cardio when I am sick. Makes me feel like im working it off. I dont know if it helps but I feel it does. Althought lifting real heavy does the oppisite and makes me more sick if anyhting. I think its because my body is trying to recover all the muscle and forgets about the rest. Hope it goes well. I ran my ass off last night for a good 15 min.
