I havent started a cardio routine. But I have mixed up the workouts SLIGHTLY. haha I had such good success with my workouts though...hate to change em up. BUt I gotta do what I gotta do.

looking for soreness from your workouts is not neccesarily condusive to growth... if you get seriously sore, you probably not allowing your body to repair before you hit it again... not sure what your lifting schedule looks like though...

i haven't been sore in over a month, but am still making gains...

I never really ache after a workout. I just get tired. Certain muscles will feel it 2 days later. Quads, tri's, pecs mostly. Some in lats & calves. Never in Bi's, hams, or delts.

Ill be pretty good and maybe have 1 or 2 cheat meals but I wont br drinking heavy. Also I have to go to the gym all weekend because I missed 2 workouts during the week. MY chest=sore as a hell. I love it.
 
have you been doing anything diff in eating around your workouts. it could be that you are repairing quickly. i dont get sore for that long anymore every since i started a proper diet around my workouts.
 
Well I have now quit counting Cals. I jsut eat Clean 6 times a day in small portions. I can still get some groups sore. But like 6 months ago when I first strated off I remeber feeling like I couldnt even move the muscle... and would be able to put on like 5 lbs on every lift the next week. So then I started counting cals at 2600 lost some weight. And all my lifts stayed about the same. So that was going good. Then I platued. Weight stayed at 197.. lifts stayed the same, weaker some days stronger others. So now I quite counting cals and I am at the same body weight but stronger. I will say it again.. and about tos trat my first cycle.
