ALright now I am frusterated. For the first oOOooo about 6 months Every time I lifted I would be sore for a good 2 days. Lately although I get great pump and feel in the gym. I just havent been sore really much at all. Still slightly with squats and tris and a little chest. Do you guys feel blown out after every workout? How long are you sore for? I like being sore because I know that I worked the muscle as hard as I could. I still go all out in the gym. Although I notice not having the straight up anger and wrath that I did. I really started lifting when my life got shitty with my girl so I had a lot of emotion at the gym and would just fuckin loose it. But now I am fairly content and happy where I am......it might be fucking me up..... I dunno Im done talkin. Didnt get delts in.
