Not to hijack the thread, but just commenting on the reps. Lower your reps for both legs and upperbody if you're trying to add size. And don't pyramid the weights either. (Another ineffective "Weider Principle") Stick with the same weight and reps for each workout then just try and "one up" yourself the next time around. If I go any higher than 8 reps I won't add any size or strength.
