I feel horrible for guys that do bad form deads..... Like i get sore from doing them right and cant admagine how bad that would be for your back to do them wrong... Damn.... Oh well. They should learn fast. Key word in there was should... some fuckers are just retarded and wanna be cool by lifting heavy no matter how sloppy it is. Like the guy that got on the Tri pull downs after me. Bigger in size but pretty much bent over at a 45 degree angle and did like hlaf rep... i dont know what to call them. Prob used more delt that anything. Oh well....
