I'm not sure about digitals, but most camera's have a timer function. Set in on a dresser, pile of books, stack of dead bodies, to get the right height. Then try different flash settings to bring out the shadows on musculature.

I kinda have forgoten about couting cals.....I just eat every 2 hours clean and on moderation. Today I am going to keep track to make sure that I am not too far off. I am not for as fast as results as I am consistant. Mty chest is sooo sore missed workout yesterday but did cardio so I will have to do Tris on the weekend. Oh well I will have plenty of time because its spring break. I can eat good and cook and train all day long.....yehaw

Way to be... I can't wait to get back in the GYM!! Dun, dun, DUN... only a few more days damnit. My shoulder feels perfectly fine now, so that's good to go. Just letting the CNS do some more resting, then time to blast it the hell wide open Animal Style!
 
I got the week off school and I am going to train cook and eat all day long. It will be great. Watchin Braveheart right now.....gets me pumped up. HAHA i know it has nothing to do with lifting but the amount of courage and sacrafice does. I took one week off and when I got back I felt so weak...hopefully you wont feel the same. Someimes when I take time off and come back I feel stronger...i think due to my muscle fully healing. Witch they never do.
 
Damn, that sucks... maybe you're not resting enough?

I usually set new PR's when I take time off... but that's not the goal right now, I'm not going to try and injury myself. Going to get back lift as heavy as I can, keep reps low(ish) and start cutting carbs out of my M-F diet... once I start really dieting again... i'm going to HATE it, I hate feeling weak... all for the cause though... almost there, I love it!!!
 
haha Well it was just really the first time your muscles get back into it. They go into MASSIVE shock.. but thats me personally. I know I do not get enough sleep....Ill be workin on that too. Honestly the diet was wearing me out. It wasnt the cooking/eating/lack of eating but it was the keeping track 24/7. So right now I know about how much food I need to get in and what food is better for me. Because of me only being 19 I am just going to eat clean, eat eveery 2 hours, and lift heavy. I admagine I will be between 2200 and 3000 cals all the time. We will see how it works.
 
Sleep is key... and when you can't sleep your body relys on nutrition to support it so if you're not eating right all the time without sleep, it'll kick you in the ass like you've noticed.

Yeah... that's what I do still. Haven't needed to weight foods yet, love the results i'm getting... too many other priorities in my life right now to get extremly anal about it.
 
i had an awsome chest workout today. ive been getting stronger and stronger every week, and the amp 02 is def kicking in. that shit tasted so bad at first, but now im used to it. got up 285 twice after doing 5 sets before that. cant wait to hit 315. i should be there soon. weight has not really moved much, staying strong at 230lbs and on pct
