Diet? What diet? I thought we're just 'sposed to work out & eats lots. I got the eating part down.
 
still getting my diet dialed in here... i got my spreadsheet all filled out, and have all the formulas inserted, so now it's easy for me to plug new stuff in, and have the totals do everything for me...

i'm actually starting to get hungry for my next meals again... i didn't think i would ever be hungry again...
 
haha. Told you. at 2600 I am always hungrey. I was at 3800 before i decided to cut. That was hard to eat so much but then it got easy then i decided to cut. Now that was hard.
 
Well...my progress is surprising. I've dropped 2.5% body fat (via tape test). In about 3 more weeks, I plan to post updated pics. Keeping up with some of you is a hard feat.



I actually started my first cycle.

WK 1-12 400mg of diet ED
WK 1-12 600mg of cardio EOD


Still haven't figured out my PCT. Any recommendations? :)
 
Ate a ton of Pizza today. it was my cheat meal for the week. I didnt drink so i fugre one cheat meal is beeter then 2 day binge. Feels good. I just started getting GREAT pumps in Bi workouts. IT has always been a weakpoint but lately have had all around good workouts no matter what muscle group. Cnat wait for the test but personal issues got money on a hold. Still stuck at 200lbs....lookin better though.

I hear 12.5 mcg of copulation every other day works well. After every application, double it, 'til you feel you're satisfied.
