Frog legs are okay--sort of like a fishy chicken. I haven't been able to eat them after I watched them cooked. They jump if you put (if I recollect rightly) salt on them.
I always make my stuff hot hot hot (hot sausage is the best way with plenty of tabasco after) but not everyone likes it like that.
