well actually i do keep the diet on the weekends just add the beers....miller lite at 3.2carbs/ beer 3.2@24=76 carbs.......thats for like all weekend too....but I do hear ya
the alcohol on the weekends is ur problem. when I hit my first wall I cut out the alcohol completely and immediately started seeing great progress again..
I'd probably say the booze is having an impact but if you've followed the same protocol for 50 lbs your body is probably pretty well adapted to it as well. There are other things you can do like carb cycling or even calorie cycling. Just make some big changes. I'd get off the bread too - check out regular potatos & sweet potatos as a great carb source.
whats carb cycling? heard people talk about it and didnt really understand the consept....yeah I am going to kick down the carbs and try to keep the diet really clean and lay off the booze this weekend...see what happens....was losing 2-3lbs a week for awhile even boozing on the weekends......
