Is this enough food!

I'm on 30mgs of dbol for 5 weeks and 500mgs of sust for 10 weeks. I have gained about 10 pounds but its not noticible really but my strenght has increased alot is this normal? And my second ? is, am i eating enough (and i know i dont have enough natural food in my diet but im always on the road so it's hard to eat whole food rather than supplements!

1)2 eggs 2 pieces of toast and a metrex shake and 2 cups of milk
2) Pro 42 bar-410 cals 42 grams of protein
3)5oz piece of chicken zuchini caserole and brocholi
4)Protein shake w/2 cups of milk
5)Nlarge shake
6)2 double cheeseburgers from wendys and a pro 42 bar
7) 8 oz piece of chicken carrots and brocholli

*The protein shakes are metrex they are about 500cals with the milk and 50-60 cals!
Lots of water i piss every 15 min

I'm just conderned because i'm on week 2 and although i have gained some weight i really cant notice it, but my strenght has increase noticlbly, is this normal with my cycle? THX

Its difficult to really judge another persons diet. So long as a base rule you consume 2g of protein per body lb. per day and play with your carbs to see what works best for you over all and which baloon you out too much youll find out what fits you best.

Dieting is by far what I consider the hardest part of bodybuilding.
