talking about this canceress stuff
i went to the dr yesterday and the dr wants to remove this small lump on my back cos i could be canceress...
would this mean i cant lift for a while?

I'm not exactly sure if this will apply to you but a friend of mine who is in wrestling with me had some moles on his elbow that he got frozen off. I don't know if they are freezing yours off but he was back wrestling and never had to miss a day he just keep it bandaged up. Although his werent potentially cancerious. Cancer is a pretty scary thing so missing a workout or two is better in the long run. A split all in one day? How often do you workout? You really might be overtraining you know.

the *same* fucking thing happened to me. i had a pre-cancerous mole removed from my back, and they said i could lift for weeks. fuck that shit. so i didnt listen, and i ended up popping my stitches out, and went to get it sewed back up. then i had a grappling thing where i ripped them out again, and once again had to have it sewed up. i have the worst scar from it now, but if i could go back and do it again, i would.

i got novacane injected into me and the back ones came out fine i didnt miss a workout and even wresteled drunk one nite...but this new mole that got removed is on my shoulder...hurt alittle last nite feels better now but i have two stiches above my delt on the side of my arm.....

im going to be working out today i missed this mornings workout just to play it safe but i'll be doing back/traps/and/tris this afternoon...

tell me whatcha think fellaz.......

if it starts itching while you are working out, that means it might rip out. thats what happened with me.

Don't end up a scarred freak like poinky. You'll only have to wait an extra week or so. It's nothing. Just keep the diet up and maybe do some cardio.

im sorry bros but i cant just take this time off... i have to go thru with it as im going to try and be careful not and use excellent form and hopefully this will aid in my workout process..

wish me luck...

dankdukes...

Starting to sound like a broken record here, but I had a spitz nevi removed from the back of my right shoulder, they actually took out a chunk of the benchmonster an inch wide 2 or 3 inches long and an inch deep.

Turned out this thing was not cancer after all, but they did say that this tiny portion of the benchmonster was able to lift lots of weight and pick up chicks. . .

Seriously, I just took it easy on movements that seemed to stress the stitches, but I don't remember taking any time off, maybe one workout at most. And I have a pretty nice keleoid scar because of it. I would not do anything different either. Chicks dig scars.
