food that werent mentioned that I eat for high protien low fat: Bocu burger, i sometimes microwave one of these chop it up and throw it in with my egg whites for an omplete Im not 100% of hand since their are different kinds but i think they are 16g of protien each and they are small and taste decent, when on bulking phase I would sometimes make 3 at once stack them on top of each other and eat fast as possible, also put them on the gergoe forman grill taste better i feel. another thing is the Healthy choice hot dogs they are small very low in fat high in protien, also fat free chicken pattys... my friend hates egg whites but realizes they are esential food for protien, he boils 8-12 eggs, and swallws half an egg white at a time with some of that 0 calorie ice tea mix cannot think of name off hand, also for anyone eating butter try I cannot beleive its not butter spray/ or those fat free 0 cal squeeze bottles, also nutrasweet/splenda is a good alternative to suger i put it on cerial occionally.... if anyone can add to these eating tips please do so..
