Looks good - -how's it working for you? My only suggestion might be to replace the protein shake in meal 2 w/ some real meat protein, but its probably not a big deal.

So far, so good Not really battling to sleep at all - training going well. Missed wednesdays training but not gonna let that get me down.
Ive also been reading Tom Venuto's book on Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle to try that zig zag calorie method. Going to start it on Monday - I defiantely dont want my metabolism to slow down
