Is it possible to reach 220 pounds, naturally?

Just wanted to let you guys know that you can get up to 220 lbs. naturally. I was 179 lbs at 6 % bodyfat and went all the way up to 226 lbs. in 4 months after I quit smoking cigarettes,.........however even though i was filling up extra large t's and was strong as an ox, my bodyfat was 14% .And when it was time for summer it was a hellish journey to switch gears ,start dieting, and hittin' cardio. But the end result was me at 198lbs. at 6%. It would've been better If I just ate clean and added the lean weight instead of treacherous dieting for 20 weeks. Anyway here is a pic of me at 226 and sorry i had to crop out the abs but it's only because i didn't have any, in fact I think I ate seven 69 cent bugers at Mickey D's before the pic.:fro: :fro:

I'm 5'5 and I hope to reach 200lbs very soon. Currently I am around 182-185 @13%depending on the day (morning weight). I am completely natural still, and I want to do it by the time I am 17 (definetely though before I turn 18). I just turned 16 , and I just NEED to see the 200's on the scale. Far fetched goal, but I hope to see those numbers naturally with nothing but food mrps and whey (not even creatine, it's illegal here lmao)
 
It all depends on a proper diet, the right supplements, proper rest and a kick-ass training program. Stick to the basics and eventually you will achieve your goal.
 
Last year I got up to 230lbs. at 5'11" natural and was pretty strong too. I was going to go all the way up to 250lbs then cut down to a lean 220 and compete in my first show, but being in the military can change your plans. So I'm bringing my body weight to around 195-200lbs because endurance takes priority in my lil world.
 
i think it is, if you keep on working at it...as long as you are consistent and if you try to gain 5-10 pounds of muscle per year you can do it in 5 years...just gotta be crazy with the diet...eat like 8 times per day 400g of protien and like 4000 cal in off season...

take a 2 litre bottle, (old soda bottle) fill with 500grams of protein, drink over the course of the day, PLUS all your meals, and if you can keep from throwing up Or shooting yourself, you can gain the muscle
