I've read several articles and messages from various fitness boards stating that even when a woman lifts heavy weights, she can never get bulky, UNLESS if she takes steroids.
Is this true?
So does this mean I'm lifting and eating to get my legs bigger for nothing?
I think I'm starting to believe in this because my legs do get bigger when I gain weight BUT right when I start cutting, my legs lose all the size, except it does look harder, but NOT bigger.
