Is Cheese A Good Source Of Protein?

4 grams of fat is nothin to worry about bro. Who makes this string cheese? I may have to pick some up next time I'm grocery shopping.

ThanX brother!! Didnt concern me! Polly-O makes the skim milk variety. The strange thing is, the fat content is basically the same for the skim milk one, and the regular, so Im not sure of the purpose. Maybe it just sounds good. I get the "Stringsters" brand by Sergio most of the time, since its cheapest and has the same 8 grams of protein per stick and also has 4 grams of fat per stick I believe. Makes it so much easier to get in that extra protein. Its rediculous!
