What are your cals at right now big?
I fee like I need to bump mine a bit, but I'm in such a huge surplus already hahaha like all I do is train and I'm pretty much sedentary the rest of the day. But I'm still barrrrreely gaining on 4000ish. I mean now that I'm 220+ depending on fluctuations, I don't mind if I'm just recomping a bit but I would rather add an extra 10 pounds if I can
A guess would be somewhere between 5000-6000
