Yeah that's weird, when I ran EQ inwas cardio KING!!! Could literally rock out 45 min of high pace steady state like it was nothinnnnnn'
Mind you it was like eliptical or stepper or bike so no like stops and starts and pretty easy on the legs.
Probably a combo of the 2, I've never ran EQ while on tren so I donno how that goes. But I've never had more energy and been able to train/cardio longer and harder than when I was runnin EQ, that shit was the bomb for endurance for me
Yeah i can sit on a bike for ever but running and changing directions killed me
