Bumped drol from 50-100mgs today and there was a noticeable difference in pump in my second training session today.

Been training twice a day for about a week now at moderate volume and high frequency and so far so good.

Weight is at 210 which im a little surprised at seems i bumped drol and had breakfast (still relatively clean) and a few brownies with the girl today. Maybe the increased cardio i got helped keep excess water retention away 😂

I'm going to start adding my drol caps in. So 25mg cap in the morning and about 35mg inj pre workout. When that runs out it will be all caps. Have to be close to kick in. And I'm restructuring my diet as well. So should be interesting.

My diet has been 5 good clean meals and 1-2 shakes taken post workout ive just been having extra snacks here and there which isnt great for keeping water under control. Considering adding in like 10mgs of nolva eod with my 0.5mgs of adex eod to see if that helps along with cutting out some of the snacking. I also need to up my water intake a little.

Having said that so far so good in terms of training and apart from a bunch of lumps from subq vit b/c/b12 and fluctuating water retention im still looking in decent shape and adding size so i cant complain.

I always get the flattest looking stomach from sub qs lol that with insulin gives me a bubble but :p the L.U.I doesn't salute my bubble gut bonanza. You're gonna add water regardless if you're trying to grow at your full potential it's almost impossible to keep sodium down even with clean foods.

Granted my conditioning will not be saluted on anadrol 😂
 
BP is staying at 120/65 on 100mgs drol ed 600mgs of eq per week and 400mgs of test e per week. Only taking 7.5mgs of cialis eod and some herbal supplements to keep it in check.
 
Eq starting to do it thing! Abdomen looks fucked as there is 3cc of vitamins in there from this morning plus subq shots from days prior. 213lbs
 
I think you look awesome. Delts and traps popping too. I'm pissed I don't have a real gym within 45 minutes of me. I make do with what I have but damn it would be nice.
