Bumped drol from 50-100mgs today and there was a noticeable difference in pump in my second training session today.
Been training twice a day for about a week now at moderate volume and high frequency and so far so good.
Weight is at 210 which im a little surprised at seems i bumped drol and had breakfast (still relatively clean) and a few brownies with the girl today. Maybe the increased cardio i got helped keep excess water retention away
